Absolute proof that women can not compete with menin the Infantry or Special Forces

Posted on 01/26/2013 2:34:33 PM PST by NKP_Vet

Since delusional liberals think that there is no difference in men and women, that women can do anything a man can do, and they want them in the army infantry, Navy Seals and other Special Forces, here is what REAL EQUALITY is........

The NFL will now be 50% females, at all positions.

The WNBA will be abolished, women will have to play in the NBA.

The NHL will be 50% female. They will play with men.

Professional boxing will be for both men and women.

The MMA (extreme fighting) will be for men and women, they fight each other.

All professional FEMALE teams will be abolished and they will be either compete against men, or go they will not compete in professional sports.

Let me be the first to say there is a reason why women and men do not compete in this contact sports. Women would get killed without anyone shooting at them. No women could compete in any of these sports.

Let me also say that Navy Seal training and Army Ranger training is harder and tougher than any of the above mentioned sports. But for some reason there are liberals that actually think women could compete the special forces training and be the same as their male counterparts. What planet do these people live on?

I have just given any liberal that can think straight the reason why WOMEN CAN NOT BE IN ARMY INFANTRY OR ANY OF THE SPECIAL FORCES. It's called a very fast death.

I recently did a "Tough Mudder" race with some old friends of mine from our ROTC days. At one point, there was a 100m "buddy carry" section. I was paired up with the only woman in our group. I'm 240 pounds. I threw her over my shoulder and ran the 100m without any issue. Then it was her turn. Fireman's carry was out of the question, so she wanted to try piggyback. She immediately fell flat on her ass. We just walked the 100m side-by-side.

Understand, this woman is an outstanding officer and a tough, proven leader. From the mental-toughness perspective, I would have no issue serving in combat with her, but she's not even in the neighborhood when it comes to the necessary physical strength and that's a no-go.

However
Women make very good Spys
Are quite good at intelligence work
And a few could kick most men's butts

I suspect there are very effective applications
for women in the Special Services.

I just don't see front line combat being one of them
I understand the Israelis see this differently

The announcement I heard the other day (which could certainly be wrong) was the the inclusion of women did not include Special Forces and similar units.

Everyone is missing the point. This is about the left implementing more of their complete destruction of the US military. It is that simple. They will not stop with their tinkering until we make the mexican army look like a world super power.

Agreed. Women have no place wearing a uniform, being cops, ordering people around. no I am not a hundred years old, I’m a child of the 80s in fact. Seeing a woman wearing body armour is weird. It’s just so.. masculine. I also read about the unprecedented number of sexual assaults in the armed forces. It SHOULD be men only. I also read a very interesting report by a high ranking member of the US forces that the only time he’s seen a person fall HEAD FIRST down a ladder was a homosexual. He said- and I quote “the gays are the most clumsy, worthless group I’ve ever had the displeasure of leading”. I bet if you ask any member of our military what they honestly think about gay troops you’ll get a similar response. Personally, I am very anti-war period, and I do believe our soldiers were sent to war as a sort of blood sacrifice as some sort of sinister plot. If Israel wants war so badly, send THEIR guys over! Not ours. Our men have been brainwashed into this bizarre untruthful idea that we are being “attacked” and “must fight for democracy” along with other jingoistic buzz words that just don’t make any sense.

You’re right, about 99% of the time a woman soldier is not going to have the strength of a man, which is vital. And I don’t even like the thought or term of ‘woman soldier’.

I can see a few exceptional cases where having highly trained women of Muslim or Arab descent could be useful for infiltrating different environments, largely for information. But that doesn’t mean they should be tossed in willy-nilly with regular male special forces.

Rest assured the standards will be lowered and the public will not be told.

That's a given ... no way, with very few exceptions, could a women pass the physical demands of special operations units as they currently stand. It would be the equivalent of a women making it in the NFL, NHL, or NBA ... can't happen unless the standards are lowered.
It's interesting how all this BS got started with Slick Willie (draft dodger), 'O' bummer with no military experience (his draft registration like many other documents appears to fraudulent) and Panetta with two years stateside duty in Army intelligence nearly 50 years ago.

Shoot, young frogmen have to swim across an icy lake in the wintertime, bare-ass naked, with all of their gear and uniforms floated upon a little raft made from a poncho and pine boughs. The idea is that in sub-freezing weather, with one set of clothes, you CANNOT get your clothes wet.

So you swim across naked, pushing the raft, then shake off the water and dry yourself down with your hands and the tops of your socks, then dress very fast.

In subfreezind weather, bare ass naked, just after emerging from a freezing cold lake or river.

I'd like to see some girls....never mind.

Not a good idea.

A point that bears mentioning here is that whether or not women can compete with men in the regular combat military or the Special Ops forces is totally irrelevant. The stated justification for women in combat is to help grease the path to flag rank, so women can share equally in power. That’s the end game, equality of power.

Any means that furthers that goal is fair game. If it means abandoning standards for the general military, and even abandoning qualification standards for admission to the SEAL, SF, or Delta communities, then it will be done. Actual combat doesn’t really matter, just getting the combat ticket punched as one more step on the road to flag rank. We’ll live in a world of female admirals and generals, combat tickets punched, who know nothing of combat. But that won’t matter. This is the revenge of Hillary and Pat Schroeder on men for the sin of existing.

Nearly 3000 were killed on US soil by Islamic terrorist on 9/11/2001. That is many more than died on December 7, 1941 as a result of the Japanese sneak attack at Pearl Harbor ... the following day FDR declared war on both Japan and Germany.

Liberals seem to think that everybody is exactly equal, and that differences are due to discrimination.

But they are the first to squawk when someone suggests mixed-sex teams (except in bowling).

Liberals will never get their heads around this idea, but there are differences, and those differences are good. People have different abilities and talents, so that they can complement each other.

If the president and the Pentagon want women in combat then the they should also make women subject to the draft, just like young men. Just like men, no registration would mean no student loans, no government employment, as well as the potential for fines and jail time. Now that would be equality.

You are either a troll or a fool. Visit the Israeli military cemetery on Mt. Herzl sometime and then talk about casualty avoidance.

In the Summer of 1976, my Special Forces A Team (ODA- 222, 10th Special Forces Group) was tasked to give Summer Training at West Point for the Cadet Class of 1979 (Yearlings) who had just finished their first year at the Academy. The class was broken down into eleven man squads and Squad Leaders were designated by class standing.

The course we taught was a basic “RECONDO” course that involved two weeks of patrolling in West Point’s heavily forested and mountainous Field Training Area. The skills we taught were basic map reading, land navigation, field-craft, basic patrolling techniques, raids, ambushes, etc. etc. For many of these Cadets, this was the first time they had ever been required to live in the woods, sleep on the ground, prepare and eat C-Rations, shave and bathe in the local streams, toilet whenever and where ever necessary and use field sanitation techniques we taught. None of them had ever before had to move through the forest at night and during inclement weather, and just to add to their experience, Hurricane Belle (a Class 1 Hurricane) turned and went straight up the Hudson River in July 1976.

Even after all the training I’ve provided to soldiers over my twenty-six years in U.S. Army Special Forces, I still clearly remember that Summer of 1976 simply because that was the year that females were permitted entry into the U.S. Army Military Academy at West Point and our Summer Training was being used to determine what problems, if any, these female Cadets would encounter during the following year’s Summer Training. In order to find and address any problems these female Cadets might encounter during the Summer Training of 1977, the Army brought in twelve volunteer female soldiers (Known as WACs at that time) from throughout the U.S. Army to fill in the twelfth position in the Cadet squads. I don’t know what the selection criteria was for these WACs, but whatever criteria it was, it produced twelve high quality young female soldiers who very quickly assumed leadership of the Cadet squads.

My team was made up entirely of Vietnam Veterans and we thought we had seen it all, but we had never seen anything like that. The difference between these WACs and the Cadets was startling, as the WACs had obviously been selected for their physical toughness, motivation, and aggressiveness, and the Cadets were there simply because they had been politically appointed to the Academy. This experience also reaffirmed my faith in God, as only Devine Intervention could possibly transform those Cadets in three more years from sniveling cry babies into Second Lieutenants and leaders of men. It also proved to me, and everyone there that Summer of 1976, if realistic standards are applied, there are female soldiers out there who can be just as good at soldiering as their male counterparts, and maybe even better.

There may not be many females out there who can meet the required standards to be combat infantrymen, and probably even fewer who would even want to. However, even if there are a few females out there who can meet the standards to be a combat infantryman and think they might want to try it, would their addition to a combat unit improve the combat effectiveness of the unit, or would it detract from its combat effectiveness?

Never forget that we keep a military not as a social experiment but for the sole purpose of closing with and destroying the enemy, and war is played for keeps; the loser ceases to exist.
