I am a 29-year old Army Captain. I have served in the military since 1998 when I graduated from high school and joined up to be a Mech Infantry Soldier in the North Carolina National Guard. I have been a Platoon Leader in the first Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT) based out of Ft. Lewis, Washington since 1 MAR 05. I am now a combat vet after having served for 15 months in Iraq. HOOAH! I'm married to a beautiful woman, FReeper Kaylee Frye (we're both huge "Firefly" fans) and we have a baby daughter who keeps us quite busy these days. I'm in Army Nerd School right now, then I'll be headed back to Fort Lewis next year, just in time for another deployment! yaaaay....
