"The "Queen Of Soul", Aretha Franklin has thousands of Americans gathered this morning in Detroit, MI to mourn, pay their respects and honor her life among us. While I never agreed with her politics, her supreme, gifted, God given talent, was a pleasure to all who heard her. I loved her, I loved her music, I loved her songs...period!!!
While Senator, John McCain has tons of bells and whistles from the political sector, he has had small response from Joe & Jane public in our country. The streets, highways and freeways in Arizona were almost bare of citizens ling them as the McCain funeral caravan passed by. The school authorities in Phoenix had to order the students of high schools to be released, so they could show some gathering for McCain.
I was never a McCain fan for a number of very good reasons. But...he has gone and come next week, he will be forgotten quickly. I will refrain from speaking ill of him. I don't count...he answers to our God Almighty, who will pass judgement on him, as it should be.
The glitter, drama and glow of politics in Washington, DC usually means little in the big picture of life. On the other hand the saga, greatness, gifted magnificent voice of Aretha Franklin will long transcend...the passing of Senator John McCain...IMHO!!! And the turn out this morning of the American public in Detroit, Michigan proves me right on!!!
Because Aretha wasn’t a pompous, arrogant, traitorous piece of s**t.
Aretha would want us to to be less divisive and more tolerant unlike that pompous, windbag, idiot Trump who only won because of the Russians #DoubleDemThink
I mourn Aretha Franklin a true giant of her profession. I could care less about traitor McCain.
I doubt a Dem Senator, who constantly vote against his constituents, would get near this much fanfair. Have you noticed it is the Democrats who are the loudest, proclaiming him as the Republican they loved best? No wonder.......he so frequently voted Dem, I always wondered why he ran as a Republican. If you look up the Keating 5, there were 4 Dem Senators and then John McCain involved. Yet the Keating 5 is remembered as a Republican scandal.

McCain fully deserves to be upstaged by Aretha Franklin.
Because Aretha left the world a better place.
Does it really matter? They both have gone on to their rewards, good
or bad. Those that wanted to attend did and those that didn’t stayed away.
Because Aretha wasn’t a war-mongering idiot. I guess that’s enough.
Aretha Franklin gave something to this country; her creativity and entertainment. Dare I say, she gave her “soul”.
McInsane took as much as he could from this country while convincing the feeble minded that he was a military hero somehow. He gave his soul to the devil as he was the nastiest person in Congress.
The media and politicians aren’t using Aretha Franklin’s death for some evil purpose.
The difference between Aretha and McCain is: I will miss Aretha..................

McCain has gotten basically the same funeral as ex-FLOTUS, Barbara Bush, which was proper with family and the political class...but, she like McCain, had very few public mourners. Until the American people and voters feel confidence, trust and honesty in their leaders, the tune of “Ho_Hum” will greet their passing on!!!
If I were A Carter, Bush, Clinton & Obama, etc., I can assure all of you...none of you will ever be honored like JFK & Ronald Reagan was by the rank & file American people!!! “You Reap What You Sow”!!!
