Just a little humor. The local grocery store where I live still has a real real meat counter. They don't shrink wrap meat, everything is in the case or cut for you,
Recently a Muslim was hired by the store. Instead of protesting when he serves me, I make him serve me pork. I am not too nice about it, I make him touch a lot of pork before buying any meat, which maybe beef or chicken.
If it was anything more fervent than a “liberal” Muslim, he wouldn’t even BE there. I say this is a lot of ado wasted over nothing. You’re virtually certainly not looking at a fanatic jihadist there. Don’t go poking up trouble where there isn’t any.
Who’s forcing the muslim to work there? The job is what it is.
There’s a reason why you don’t see Orthodox Jews working the meat counters in secular super markets.
His intention is to buy meat from a meat market, should he be denied the right to buy pork from a meat market simply because a Muslim works there??

Pointless. What does this accomplish? Is he going to stop being Muslim? Embrace Christ? Become a more loyal American?

And given that he applied for that job and got it knowing well what it entailed, ordering nothing BUT pork probably wouldn’t offend him anyhow. Yeah it’s a silly game. If you want pork, go hog wild and order many pounds of it, but don’t waste his time on handling stuff you know jolly well you will not buy.
Apparently he is perfectly willing to handle pork for you any time you ask him to. Since your aim is to make him angry or uncomfortable maybe you should try putting toothpaste on the underside of his gear shifter instead. You could sit there in the parking lot until he gets off work and laugh your butt off when he grabs a hand full of goop.
You do realize he may wipe his ass with his hand....

Yes, it is being mean, especially if you don’t buy any pork. That said, I normally don’t have much nice to say about muslims, but there’s no reason to go out of my way to be mean just for meanness sake.
So what you’re really trying to say here is you have some sort of bizarre sado-homo man crush on the middle-eastern dude at the “meat” market?

As has been said above, your only goal is to antagonize. And antagonize a stranger, at that. That said, do what you want. There’s a bigger judge than I who will decide if it’s right.
