Finally they are starting to grasp the nature of the Universe, and the key to gravity and magnetism. The Universe is run by electrical charges and plasma streams are conduits for transfer of charges. Our limitation is that we look for energy in the tiny section of the EM spectrum we are used to for all the answers.

For instance, if one were to place the EM spectrum frequencies on a roll of movie film, and the part of the spectrum we are familiar with and use daily (visible light and some surrounding freqs) was a ONE INCH LONG piece of the film, the entire film would be 25000 miles long.

No relationship whatever. What the NPA is about is a return to classical physics with an understanding of plasma physics, and getting rid of the fairytale physics of the pasty century, including relativity, the "Big Bang(TM)", dark energy, dark matter, black holes and all the rest of it, all of that stuff is going away.

GPS works entirely on Newtonian physics. Trying to use relativity in GPS calculations would produce wrong answers and mankind is close to embarking on projects for which listening to Einstein would get us into increasingly bad trouble.

The fallen angel/ET critters have purportedly repeatedly laughed in the face of Einsteinian physicists who have questioned them about such a perspective as Einstein had on realityl—particularly the purported faster than the speed of light limit on speed/travel.

One obvious consequence of ignoring relativity and Einstein is that GPS actually works...

The two really major things looming in the next half century are Mars exploration and the exploration of the neighborhoods of the near stars and unless you want pure AI robots looking at those near stars and reporting to us when they get back, possibly decades later, you'll need some way to communicate with them and communicating with anything involving radio waves or any such at those kinds of distances would be tons too slow while something based on the kind of things Eugene Podkletnov or Ralph Sansbury talk about might not be. Sansbury was actually at the NPA conference.
