Wisconsin's chief elections official says he doesn't know how long it will take to review roughly 1.9 million signatures that have been submitted to recall Gov. Scott Walker and five others. The law requires the review to be done in 31 days, but Government Accountability Board Director Kevin Kennedy said Tuesday it will take longer than that.
