WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 /U.S. Newswire/ -- The Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence united with the Million Mom March hailed today's passage in the New Jersey State Assembly of A. 700, the Childproof Handgun Bill. The measure would require all handguns sold in the state to be designed with safety features to prevent children and unauthorized users from injuring themselves or others.
