The Pueblo Police Department has arrested a suspect in connection with an alleged incident of voter machine tampering that occurred at Pueblo County election headquarters approximately one hour before polls closed on June 28, 2022. Richard Patton, a 31-year-old from Pueblo, was arrested Thursday morning on suspicion of election tampering and cybercrimes.
