The huge margins for Kerry in the exit polling led the Dems to call off the lawyers (I've heard Lockhart and Estrich say so on FNC). They say the system worked, so no need to sue. Now that it looks like Bush is doing MUCH better than the exit polls, the Dems are caught flat-footed. A Rovian strategy?
