Project Veritas has released two-hour-long audio of post office inspectors who harassed Richard Hopkins, the USPS whistleblower. The WaPo posted an article claiming that Hopkins had recanted his previous claims. That is a story they could have only gotten from the postal inspectors. A ballot is considered “spoiled” if an election official with authority determines it is invalid.
