Shortened title. Full title: Office of Inspector General Finds Top FBI Official Illegally Leaked to Media – Including Sensitive Info Sealed by Fed Courts – DOJ DECLINES PROSECUTION The Office of Inspector General announced Wednesday findings of misconduct by an FBI Deputy Assistant Director for “unauthorized contacts with the media, disclosing law enforcement and other sensitive information to the media, and accepting a gift from the media.” Despite the fact that this senior FBI official, who was not named in the summary, clearly broke multiple laws, the Department of Justice declined to prosecute the individual. The OIG investigation concluded that...

He’s right, although all complaints about Barr’s summary ultimately have to reckon with the fact that (a) he released nearly the entire Mueller report within three weeks of its submission, (b) the baseline finding, that there wasn’t probable cause to believe Trump conspired with Russia, tore the heart out of Russiagate suspicions, and therefore (c) it’s hard to believe that Barr’s characterization of Mueller’s findings mattered much to public opinion. Nothing seems to matter much to public opinion when it comes to Trump, after all.Although I think I know what Amash would say to all of that: Who cares?...

Speaking from the Department of Justice Wednesday morning, Special Counsel Robert Mueller said he is retiring and returning to private life. The Special Counsel's office on this case is officially closed and up until this point, Mueller has been a DOJ employee. "I'm speaking out today because our investigation is complete," Mueller said. "We are formally closing the Special Counsel's office and I am resigning from the Department of Justice to return private life." For weeks the Special Counsel's 400-page report on the investigation into the 2016 election has been questioned, with Democrats and Republicans calling on Mueller to testify...

RUSH: So, I just checked the email during the break, and I got an interesting email from a listener, interestingly enough, out on the feces-strewn streets of San Francisco. It was, “Rush, you might be missing this. Isn’t it true, Rush, that the president probably would benefit from being impeached?” Meaning: Wouldn’t that revive and coalesce his base? “And isn’t that why the Democrats haven’t really done it, because they know that the public is opposed to it.” All the polling data shows the public is not in favor of impeachment, and additional polling data shows that most Americans want...

RUSH: You can also look for the media to create a new chorus today, and that is that the attorney general lied and misrepresented what the special counsel told him. During his press conference announcing his analysis of the Mueller report, the Attorney General Barr said that he specifically asked Mueller if the Office of Legal Counsel guidelines (i.e., you can’t indict a sitting president) played any role in your decision not to charge the president with any obstruction? Barr said that Mueller told him “no,” the guidelines had nothing to do with it. So Mueller goes out there today...

On his award-winning and widely-heard daily radio program Wednesday, talk giant Rush Limbaugh tore apart special counsel Robert Mueller’s statement earlier in the day in which he proclaimed that his Democrat-and-Hillary Clinton-donating investigators could not say with certainty that POTUS Donald Trump did neither “colluded” with Russia or ‘obstructed’ justice. Noting that Mueller is reversing what he apparently told Attorney General William Barr three times — that his team did not consider longstanding Justice Department policy that a sitting president cannot be indicted when they refused to do so after completing their probe in March — Limbaugh said the special...

RUSH: Okay. So, now we know the evidence is clear, the evidence is in. What we have suspected all along is the case. The special counsel, Robert Mueller, wanted to nail President Trump and still wants to nail President Trump. There is no difference between Robert Mueller and any Democrat or member of the media in that town. The only problem that Robert Mueller had was there isn’t any evidence to nail the president, and so he is attempting to imply that the president committed all kinds of crimes, but, in the end, Robert Mueller says Department of Justice guidelines...

At a hastily arranged Wednesday press conference, Special Counsel Robert Mueller proved that he was never interested in justice or the rule of law. If there were any doubts about Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s political intentions, his unprecedented press conference on Wednesday should put them all to rest. As he made abundantly clear during his doddering reading of a prepared statement that repeatedly contradicted itself, Mueller had no interest in the equal application of the rule of law. He gave the game, and his nakedly political intentions, away repeatedly throughout his statement. ... According to Mueller and his team, charged...

RUSH: Right now the formerly bulbous Jerry Nadler is doing a press conference. Ahem. He is chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. He’s reacting to Mueller, and I didn’t need to listen to this to know what Nadler’s saying. The Formerly Bulbous Jerry Nadler Confirms All of My Suspicions May 29, 2019 RUSH: Right now the formerly bulbous Jerry Nadler is doing a press conference. Ahem. He is chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. He’s reacting to Mueller, and I didn’t need to listen to this to know what Nadler’s saying. (chuckles) Mueller clearly gave these guys this mirage that...

The health of imprisoned WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has deteriorated so drastically that his lawyer says it is not possible to conduct a normal conversation with him. Swedish outlet Upsala Nya Tidning reports that Assange is so ill that he is now in the hospital wing of the prison. “Wikileaks founder Julian Assange’s Swedish lawyer wants the arrest hearing on Monday in Uppsala to be postponed. According to the lawyer, who has now visited his client in British prison, Assange is admitted to the medical department and was unable to make a call,” the newspaper reports. Assange is currently imprisoned...

INVESTIGATIVE SUMMARY The Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of the Inspector General (OIG) initiated this investigation upon the receipt of information from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), alleging that a then FBI Deputy Assistant Director (DAD) had numerous contacts with members of the media in violation of FBI policy. Additionally, it was alleged that the DAD may have disclosed law enforcement or other sensitive information to the media without authorization. This matter is among the OIG investigations referenced on page 430 of the OIG’s Review of Allegations Regarding Various Actions by the Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation...

The Mueller Report, written by Mueller himself with a forward by Alan Dershowitz, a seeming Trump ally (perhaps) is now on pre-sale via Amazon. How can this be? Legally, the report must first be submitted to Barr, who will then decide what will or will not be released to Congress/Public?.....I have been trying make sense of this for many days.....and the only logical conclusion I can come to is that the Mueller Investigation really may be one of the largest sting operations in our history.....I hope I am correct.

If you thought you were looking forward to the Mueller report, consider Alan Dershowitz. A copy of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report on his investigation, with an introduction by the legendary Harvard Law professor, is already climbing the sales charts at Amazon — even though the report hasn’t been (and might never be) released and Dershowitz hasn’t written a single word.

The top Democrat on the Senate intelligence committee is sounding the alarm about the new powers that President Donald Trump has granted to Attorney General William Barr. Sen. Mark Warner of Virginia, in a letter obtained by The Associated Press, said he fears Trump is giving Barr “the right to selectively declassify certain information for purposes of political gain.” He asked that the leaders of the nation’s spy agencies contact lawmakers if Barr’s investigation threatens their work. Trump last week granted Barr the power to review and potentially release classified information as he analyzes the origins of the FBI’s Russia...

President Donald Trump’s orders to declassify secret documents pertaining to the FBI’s investigation into his campaign in 2016, came after weeks of battles between Attorney General William Barr and senior officials within the bureau, CIA and other agencies, sources with knowledge told SaraACarter.com. Despite the president’s order giving Barr authority over the declassification of the documents related to the bureau’s investigation into the Trump campaign and Russia, it won’t be met without a fight. And there’s a reason why. This isn’t just about Trump. It’s about nearly a decade of abuse inside the intelligence community and bureau regarding foreign-intelligence-collection authority....

In the search for the answer as to how the whole Mueller collusion probe and spying on Team Trump originated, one does not have to look far. One need only to revisit the interview deep state conspirator and perjurer James Clapper gave with CNN’s Anderson Cooper. He points his finger directly at Barack Hussein Obama as leader of the coup against Donald Trump: Former Obama administration director of national intelligence James Clapper admitted that former president Barack Obama gave the order to Peter Strzok to kick off his Operation Crossfire Hurricane targeting of President Donald Trump. Obama — who also...

Former federal prosecutor Joe diGenova, a longtime critic of President Obama’s operation to dislodge and depose POTUS Donald Trump, said in an explosive Memorial Day interview that the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court is aware of FBI malfeasance and fraud dating back well before “Spygate.” Noting that FBI Director Christopher Wray and CIA Director Gina Haspel have pushed back against Attorney General William Barr’s efforts to get answers into the origins of the Spygate operation — pushback that led POTUS Trump to grant Barr full authority to declassify all documents related to the attempted coup he saw fit to...

On Thursday, President Trump gave Attorney General William Barr the authority to declassify any documents related to surveillance of the Trump campaign in 2016. Immediately some congressional Democrats blasted Trump’s decision and began to politicize the move. It is difficult to comprehend why any member of Congress would object to the president’s decision to disclose the truth behind one of the biggest scandals in U.S. history. To the contrary, all members should welcome this information with open arms and should refrain from politicizing the president’s decision. Shortly after Trump authorized Barr to declassify the documents, California Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff...

Obama Appointed FISA Court Judge Contreras Who Recused Himself from Gen. Flynn Case Reportedly Involved in Multiple FISA Court Abuses FISA Court judge Rudolph Contreras who oversaw General Flynn’s case is friends with corrupt FBI agent Peter Strzok who set up General Flynn in the White House. The judge is now reportedly involved in fraudulent warrants in front of the FISA Court. In December 2017 we reported that the judge overseeing the General Flynn case who accepted the General’s guilty plea, Judge Rudolph Contreras, recused himself from the Flynn case before sentencing: U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras of DC recuses...
