Sanders Campaign Asking For A Recount In The Kentucky Democratic Primary - Cavuto

Results currently show that Hillary Clinton beat Sanders by one half of a percentage point in the Bluegrass State. Kentucky Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes announced Tuesday afternoon that the recanvass will take place on Thursday at 9 a.m. local time.

In Pike County Kentucky, card readers reportedly malfunctioned and votes were fully erased. The Pike County Clerk’s office told local Kentucky station WKYT there were issues with one of their card readers which caused a delay in the numbers and as a result, the AP then erased Sanders’ votes, pushing Hillary to the lead by over 4,000 votes.
