I feel like I finally get it--what is Washington? It is nothing but a huge kick-back machine. Insiders make contributions to their candidates expecting to get something from the public trough--the taxpayers money, that is. You make your contribution knowing that whatever you give will come back to you a hundred fold. It always comes back to the taxpayers money. Take Planned Parenthood, for instance. They get grants from the government, they take some of that taxpayers money and give it to the Democrats.
