Woman Offered New Plea Bargain HACKENSACK, N.J. -- A woman who admitted dropping her 16-month-old son into a New Jersey river so she could go on a date has been offered a new plea bargain. Martita Gonzalez is charged with murder, and could face at least 30 years in prison if she's convicted on those charges. But the plea offer calls for her to plead guilty to aggravated manslaughter.
