Bush is turning this thing over to Bill Clinton... He is having Bubba take charge and take credit for the aid relief to those affected by Hurrican Katrina. It's unthinkable that Reagan would have turned over something so potentially popular and important as this to Carter. The Bushes are New England RINOS at their heart-- they have no idea how to stand tall in the saddle.
