The GLAAD Media Awards audience got a surprise this Saturday night when the show was held in Manhattan. Pregnant Chelsea Clinton, 39, hit the stage and delivered a speech, modeling a simple black dress with multiple necklaces. 'As a parent, I am particularly grateful GLAAD will not rest until LGBTQ people and all marginalized communities have 100 percent acceptance,' she said, per GLAAD. Chelsea is pregnant with her third child by her investor husband Marc Mezvinsky, whom she has been married to since 2010.

On Friday morning, Politico published on the previously unknown and "closely held" details of former First Daughter Chelsea Clinton's contract with NBC News. According to the story, Clinton was given an annual salary of $600,000 when she joined NBC News as a "special correspondent" in November 2011. Based on these figures, Clinton has earned about $26,724 for each minute she subsequently appeared on air.

Chelsea Clinton debuted as a prime time NBC correspondent to what could charitably be called mixed reviews, but has stayed on at the network as a part timer. Nothing too strenuous because of all her duties at the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation, where schmoozing with wealthy influence-seekers really burns up a lot of energy.
