Yeah, I saw a special about the Phoenix lights on the travel channel that showed that same thing. But the problem was that some people were saying there were 2 sets of lights, one in the 8 o’clock hour and one in the 10 o’clock hour. On top of that, Governor Symington said what he saw was not of this world. But of course, I wasn’t there and didn’t see anything, so I don’t know what they were.
Actually he’s selling tickets to a “film/lecture/music event” in Sedona for $30 a pop, $50 if you want to go to the after-party. Looks like both debunkers and believers are making money on UFOs now.
I personally like Brian Greene's The Elegant Universe. You can read the book or watch the DVD series. He talk about the theories of general relativity, quantum mechanics and the unified field theory. If your looking for something that involves no math.
The local news outlets could not take off due to the crash. The airport was shut down and they couldn't get to the helicopters or planes. Louisville's WAVE 3 had a chopper in the area but the airspace was restricted.
I didn't see it but I would bet it was Frank Caliendo from Mad TV. He is on there every week, he took over for Jimmy Kimmel. Not the first time he has made Bush jokes. As for Howie Long I would be willing to bet he is a Republican. Howie once commented on Daniel M. Snyder, the owner of the Washington Redskins, stating that he was pretty sure Snyder was a Republican but he was spending money like a Democrat. That was the year the Redskins were trying to buy a Superbowl victory with the likes of Deion Sanders and others.
