Emergency room reports released by lawyer Robert Montgomery on Saturday show that 16-year-old Mark Drewes was shot in the back. Drewes was killed by the single shot fired by Jay Levin, 40, a neighbor who told detectives that he shot Drewes in self-defense after the teen knocked on his door after midnight on Oct. 25.
