By Lora Hines Staff writer A man was shot to death Thursday when he pointed a gun at military police during a traffic stop, said Cuyler Windham, chief deputy for the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office. I listen to the radio quite frequently and have noticed a very large number of Emergency Activation System (EAS) tests in my area. (Austin, Texas) I used to hear them rarely but now it seems I hear them several times on a daily basis on every station I tune in.
