Others (on the ballot): 4.2% Write-in: 8.3% The assumption has been that almost all of the "Write-in" votes are Biden. That may be true for the 90% of the write-in thus far. But the remaining 10% could well be votes for "CEASE FIRE NOW" or "Bernie Sanders." Write-in ballots are only tabulated by name if there is a filing for a candidate's official status as a write in.

Students, with their principals’ permission, have been walking out of classes for brief rallies on school grounds. The Northeastern superintendent is recommending the school board fire an intermediate school principal accused of sharing a social media post calling Black Lives Matter a "lie." NEW ORLEANS — The Louisiana death toll from the coronavirus pandemic rose Sunday but the rate of infection appeared to have slowed dramatically, according to figures released by the Louisiana Department of Health. The state had a total of 3,540 confirmed cases as of noon CDT Sunday, compared to 3,315 on March 28. That increase of 225 cases, or less than 7%, marks a dramatic flattening of the curve Louisiana had experienced last week, when the percentage rise was as high as 28% on some days.
