The Democrats seem intent on having people and drugs pour into our country from the Southern Border, risking thousands of lives in the process. It is my duty to protect the lives and safety of all Americans. We must build a Great Wall, think Merit and end Lottery & Chain. USA! 11:42 PM - 11 Jan 2018
  • DONALD TRUMP, PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE: I would stay in Afghanistan

Now for the top story tonight. Donald Trump giving a big foreign policy address yesterday in Washington. He joins us now from Evansville, Indiana. First of all, you did not mention Afghanistan in the address. We have got about 10,000 troops there right now. The place is still in chaos after 13 years. What exactly will you do about Afghanistan? DONALD TRUMP (R), PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE: I would stay in Afghanistan. It's probably the one place we should have gone in the Middle East because it's adjacent and right next to Pakistan which has nuclear weapons. So I think you have...
  • Masked UC Berkeley Rioter Exposed As A University Staff Member!

File this under the “Things I’m Not Shocked to See” category. As it turns out, one of the “antifa” attackers from the Milo Yiannpoulos event in California the other night has been identified. Not only that, he draws a paycheck from the UC Berkeley administration. Shocking, I know. Well, at least one thing is surprising: that he’s this fucking stupid.

In late summer when I went up to see Steve Bannon, then recently named CEO of the Donald Trump presidential campaign, in his office at Trump Tower in New York, he outlined a preposterous-sounding scenario. Trump, he said, would do surprisingly well among women, Hispanics and African-Americans, in addition to working men, and hence take Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Michigan — and therefore the election. On Nov. 15, when I went back to Trump Tower, Bannon, promoted by the president-elect to chief strategist for the incoming administration, and by the media as the official symbol of all things hateful and...

A Morgantown teenager has pleaded guilty to the July 2012 murder of Star City teen Skylar Neese. Shelia Eddy, 18, entered the plea at a pre-trial hearing in Monongalia County Circuit Court Friday before Judge Russell Clawges. Eddy's murder trial was scheduled to begin next week. Eddy's plea agreement includes a provision that Pennsylvania will not prosecute her for hiding Skylar's body in Greene County, Pennsylvania. The plea deal also includes a life sentence in prison with mercy. The mercy designation means that Eddy will be eligible for parole after she serves 15 years in prison. Eddy's plea agreement protects...

PITTSBURGH – Mitt Romney’s campaign always makes his arrivals in various cities known to the local media, and in turn the public, but never before has a crowd of this size shown up to greet him. Upon landing here in Pittsburgh, Romney’s aides appeared shock as they crowded around the windows to check out the crowd. And Romney was visibly moved at the site of the crowd, hundreds of supporters crammed into a parking structure just outside the airport. Check the ABC News Live Blog for updates throughout the day and results all night. Romney deplaned and walked toward a...

Teenage mom Jamie Lynn Spears has sent a gift to Bristol Palin, the pregnant 17-year-old daughter of John McCain’s vice presidential pick Sarah Palin, a source close to the Beverly Hills baby store Petit Tresor told CelebTV.com. An insider told the Web site it was actually Lynne Spears, Jamie Lynn’s mother, who called about the gift, and requested the gift come from her daughter. “It was ordered by phone, and they asked what could be done for under $100. They spent $60 on pink burp cloths,” the source said. Jamie Lynn Spears, Britney Spears' younger sister and the former...

Sept. 1, 2005 | Two photographs of New Orleans residents wading through chest-deep water unleashed a wave of chatter among bloggers Wednesday about whether black people are being treated unfairly in media coverage of post-hurricane looting. One of the images, shot by photographer Dave Martin for the Associated Press, shows a young black man wading through chest-deep waters after "looting" a grocery store, according to the caption. The young man appears to have a case of Pepsi under one arm and a full garbage bag in tow. In the other, similar shot, taken by photographer Chris Graythen for AFP/Getty Images,...

I think the LIVE Debate thread tomorrow needs to be locked by Admin until the debate actually starts because the other debate threads had two hours of predebate posts. This slows down the thread with posts that have nothing to do with the actual debate. Also, please do not post pics in the LIVE debate thread. I have a sense of humor but seeing Kerry bent over trying to hike a football for the 1000th time is not necessary. It slows down the thread. Thanks for allowing me to rant. :o)

WASHINGTON - Voters in recent surveys are more frequently describing themselves as Republicans, a shift that could affect November elections up and down the ticket if it continues. "In some measure, it's a reflection of the great success of the Republican campaign in late August and early September," said Andrew Kohut, a director of the Pew Research Center for the People & the Press. "Many of the people who considered themselves independents may be feeling better about the Republican Party."

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. jobless claims staged an unexpectedly steep fall to the lowest level in nearly four years with 39,000 fewer workers applying for initial aid, the government said on Thursday, but seasonal adjustment factors skewed the report First-time claims for state unemployment insurance benefits plunged to 310,000 in the week ended July 3, down from a revised 349,000 the prior week, the Labor Department (news - web sites) said. It was the lowest level since 302,000 in the week ended October 8, 2000. A department official said the seasonal adjustment method used to calculate the data had anticipated...

WASHINGTON - A pro-Democratic group that opposes President Bush (news - web sites) in its fund-raising solicitations is the target of a complaint by campaign finance watchdogs who argue the organization is spending illegally on its mailings. America Coming Together should be using limited "hard money" donations, not unlimited contributions known as soft money, to pay for the fund-raising letters, the three groups said in the complaint filed Tuesday with the Federal Election Commission (news - web sites). The groups are Democracy 21, the Center for Responsive Politics and the Campaign Legal Center. ACT has financed the mailings — possibly...
