Selliet and Belliot, low cost jhp’s from Czechlovakia, or so I gather. If the hollowpoint bullet expanded as designed, the bullet would be slowed by the increasing resistance of tissue to the increasing diameter of the bullet, a bit like a parachute stops a dragster car. Most jhp’s don’t expand in flesh, especially not from the mere 3” barrel of the Keltec PF9, a 6” long, 13 oz, $350 pistol. But apparently this jhp bullet did so expand.
