No, the judge didnt mention criminal contempt but when a prosecutor tells someone who had been orderd to comply with a court order that the original judges order was flawed when in fact it was not flawed, this is criminal in nature at this prosecutor is trying desperatly to shield the police and county leaders of all liability.

do you believe everything the police say and arrest people for? if so, then you should become a prosecuting attorney as you would be a terrible defense attorney. Hopefully these recent posts will allow you to see what I had previously left out of my original post. When police are above the law, it is ok for them to defame ones character? these idiots cant proove anything. I have done nothing that they accused me of and the extensive evidence prooves that.

Arrest 1:
Impersonating a police officer and two counts of harassment. Disposition: dropped
Arrest 2:
Terroristic Threatening in the 1st degree and intimidating a witness. Disposition: reduced to petty misdemeanor harassment to prevent jury from seeing evidence, there is no jury trial for petty misdemeanors. Alleged victim: cop from fist arrest
Arrest 3:
DUI, Open Container, Resisting Arrest, Criminal Property Damage, Two counts of Assault in the 1st degree against two Kauai Police Officers. No probable cause. Parked on roadside. Not even drunk as paramedic states on recording.

Indicted to prevent the evidence from being presented at my preliminary hearing. The indictment was returned three days before my prelim. so, I have been arrested for twice for the identical charges from the same incident: the third arrest. The evidence from this arrest is posted on my site and the prosecutor knew of this audio file of the paramedic who was suspicious as they were called to the scene 3 times. Go listen...

The jist is this: My constituent’s offered to purchase GPS modules that work hand in hand with the Police RMS (records management system) and I would install them in police cruisers. The bad cops learned of this and initiated a campaign against me. Some of my friends, good honest police gave me screen captures from the police computer systems.

After each arrest, I filed complaints with the police commission. Never once diod they ‘INVESTIGATE ‘ my complaints. In fact, the Kauai Police Commission never sustains complaints against police officers as tourism would drop and that would be bad for our economy.

I was offered the plea offer after I made my website as the prosecution reviewed the evidence against the police involved in conspiring against me.

Refusing to sign the plea offer led to my indictment.

The prosecutor is straight our of Law School and this is his first job - and he is a Civil Rights nightmare.

I feel compelled to go on to Law School so I can go after the crooked politicians, police and prosecutors.

Police and prosecutrial abuse is rampant. The corrupt police initiated this campaign of theirs against me for no good reason and were caught. They are exposed and I must sound the trumpet!

If I dont let the world know then I am letting down my neighbors, friends, and family. Police and Prosecutorial abuse is a preunderlined topic for most discussions anyway.

There is a crisis here in paradise. Kauai Police Department here in Hawaii has been in the news lately too.

You wont read this story though becuase nobody in the Police Department will coment on it.

Honest cops have given me documents from inside that expose the corrupt ones and cathces them in a conspiracy. The audio files are also incriminating and posted there too.
