Has it occurred to anyone else that a political strategy that must depend on election fraud for victory also requires plenty of bogus polling results leading up to the election so the fact that the election was fraudulent isn’t too obvious?

Cain is being “Klined.” Recall how Phil Kline, former Kansas attorney general, went after Planned Parenthood, having uncovered evidence of PP’s aiding and abetting statutory rape of girls in Kansas. PP destroyed him, with the full cooperation of the Kansas media outlets.

Cain has discussed on national television Planned Parenthood’s racist roots, including its eugenics based plan to reduce the size of the Black community — correctly referring to PP as “Planned Genocide.” PP, again with the cooperation of the far-left, anti-life mainstream media, will be relentless at working to destroy Cain for that.

It is up to the American people whether they are allowed to succeed at that. Fortunately, more and more Americans stop taking MSM propaganda seriously all the time. Although Cain is absolutely right when he says, “Stupid people are ruining America,” I think there may be hope that the clueless will one day be a minority (consisting in large part, no doubt, of MSM journalists and their families and friends.)

    H. Cain, a bane to B. Hussein,

    The truth Herman told.
    Hussein’s lies were old.
Herman will kick B.H.O.’s skinny, Ivy League butt in 2012.

From the Catechism of the Catholic Church:

The sacrificial memorial of Christ and of his Body, the Church

1353 In the epiclesis, the Church asks the Father to send his Holy Spirit (or the power of his blessing) on the bread and wine, so that by his power they may become the body and blood of Jesus Christ and so that those who take part in the Eucharist may be one body and one spirit (some liturgical traditions put the epiclesis after the anamnesis).
In the institution narrative, the power of the words and the action of Christ, and the power of the Holy Spirit, make sacramentally present under the species of bread and wine Christ's body and blood, his sacrifice offered on the cross once for all.
... 1362 The Eucharist is the memorial of Christ's Passover, the making present and the sacramental offering of his unique sacrifice, in the liturgy of the Church which is his Body. In all the Eucharistic Prayers we find after the words of institution a prayer called the anamnesis or memorial.

1363 In the sense of Sacred Scripture the memorial is not merely the recollection of past events but the proclamation of the mighty works wrought by God for men. In the liturgical celebration of these events, they become in a certain way present and real. This is how Israel understands its liberation from Egypt: every time Passover is celebrated, the Exodus events are made present to the memory of believers so that they may conform their lives to them.

1364 In the New Testament, the memorial takes on new meaning. When the Church celebrates the Eucharist, she commemorates Christ's Passover, and it is made present, the sacrifice Christ offered once for all on the cross remains ever present. "As often as the sacrifice of the Cross by which 'Christ our Pasch has been sacrificed' is celebrated on the altar, the work of our redemption is carried out."

1365 Because it is the memorial of Christ's Passover, the Eucharist is also a sacrifice. The sacrificial character of the Eucharist is manifested in the very words of institution: "This is my body which is given for you" and "This cup which is poured out for you is the New Covenant in my blood." In the Eucharist Christ gives us the very body which he gave up for us on the cross, the very blood which he "poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins."

1366 The Eucharist is thus a sacrifice because it re-presents (makes present) the sacrifice of the cross, because it is its memorial and because it applies its fruit:

[Christ], our Lord and God, was once and for all to offer himself to God the Father by his death on the altar of the cross, to accomplish there an everlasting redemption. But because his priesthood was not to end with his death, at the Last Supper "on the night when he was betrayed," [he wanted] to leave to his beloved spouse the Church a visible sacrifice (as the nature of man demands) by which the bloody sacrifice which he was to accomplish once for all on the cross would be re-presented, its memory perpetuated until the end of the world, and its salutary power be applied to the forgiveness of the sins we daily commit.
1367 The sacrifice of Christ and the sacrifice of the Eucharist are one single sacrifice: "The victim is one and the same: the same now offers through the ministry of priests, who then offered himself on the cross; only the manner of offering is different." "And since in this divine sacrifice which is celebrated in the Mass, the same Christ who offered himself once in a bloody manner on the altar of the cross is contained and is offered in an unbloody manner. . . this sacrifice is truly propitiatory."

    ...

1407 The Eucharist is the heart and the summit of the Church's life, for in it Christ associates his Church and all her members with his sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving offered once for all on the cross to his Father; by this sacrifice he pours out the graces of salvation on his Body which is the Church.

Anybody found the article in English somewhere on the net? When that is available it will be possible for those whose only language is English to assess the arguments made by Alessandrini in L'Osservatore Romano.

Much of this thread is becoming a commentary by the "Did Hitler really do all he could to save the Jews from Pius XII" crowd. Too bad.

It could be an interesting topic to discuss after it is known what Alessandrini really said.

A good book: The Origins of Nazi: Genocide from Euthanasia to the Final Solution, by Dr. Henry Friedlander. Friedlander is a Jew. He is an excellent researcher and historian. One gets the impression from his book that Hitler just actually put into practice ideas that had been accepted by the German elite many years before. The atheistic, completely secular elite had already embraced state sanctioned killing of innocent human beings via euthanasia and abortion in principle, if not in practice.

In 1920, long before anyone knew who Hitler was, Karl Binding and Alfred Hoche published an influential book advocating euthanasia entitled, The Release of the Destruction of Life Devoid of Value (Life Unworthy of Life). In the same year a bill was introduced into the German legislature to legalize abortion.

Racism was politically correct at the time. Many German intellectuals believed in helping the evolution of the human race along by reducing the population of the "unfit" and the "inferior races." There was, of course, some resistance to all of this on the part of genuine Christians, but that resistance was too little, too late.

So, the gun was loaded. Hitler pulled the trigger. Someone had come along who was willing to put the prevalent theories into practice.

The gun is loaded again. Abortion. Euthanasia. Racism. We have already legalized abortion and euthanasia. Anybody who doesn't see the racism in the placement of Planned Parenthood's abortion clinics in the middle of minority communities is suffering from self-induced blindness. (PP's founder, Margarent Sanger, was openly racist and had Nazis writing articles in her magazine, The Birth Control Review. It has been documented that she preferred to use Blacks to sell her "family planning" to the Black population.) There is a growing animosity on the part of the powers that be towards any kind of sincere, genuine, traditional Christianity.

Has someone once again risen to power who is willing to pull the trigger? Obama appears to be a puppet of a powerful, elite group of godless social engineers, of which Planned Parenthood is the classic example.

The whole matter is really very simple. Either the "Book" number and the "Page" number on the Kenyan birth certificate point to an entry for a "Barack Obama" in the official Kenyan birth Register or they don't.

Any thing else is just spin being offered to promote one's agenda, whatever that may be.

Thanks for an interesting discussion. I would be curious to know your thoughts on Chapter 14, "RNA World" of Stephen C. Meyer's Signature in the Cell. He makes the case there that the "probabilistic resources" available just aren't sufficient for RNA molecule self replication being arrived at by chance:
Even if an RNA sequence could acquire the replicase function by chance, it could perform that function only if another RNA molecule -- one with a highly specific sequence relative to the original -- arose close by. Thus, in addition to the specificity required to give the first RNA molecule self replicating capability, a second RNA molecule with an extremely specific sequence -- one with essentially the same specificity as the original -- would also have to arise. RNA-world theorists do not explain the origin of the requisite specificity in either the original molecule or its complement. Orgel and Joyce have calculated that to have a reasonable chance of finding two such complementary RNA molecules of a length sufficient to perform catalytic functions would require an RNA library of some 1048 RNA molecules. The mass of such a library vastly exceeds the mass of the earth, suggesting the extreme implausibility of the chance origin of a primitive replicator system.
    Thanks again.

    To everyone,

After doing my best to follow this thread since early this morning here is what it alls boils down to:

Disregarding speculation about fonts and other items for a moment, either the "Book" number and "Page" number of the "Birth Register of this Province" on the birth certificate correspond to the book and page number of the "Birth Register" of the province or they don't.

If they do correspond, one of three things will happen:

    1. The birth certificate will be validated and the "Birthers" will be vindicated.
    2. The birth certificate is valid and the validation will not be revealed to the public.
    3. The corresponding "Birth Register" page will be destroyed.
If they don't correspond, this will be because of one of two possibilities:
    1. The birth certificate was a hoax intended to be revealed as a hoax to convince the world the "birthers" are indeed kooks wearing tin foil hats.
    2. The birth certificate cross references really do check out and the Kenyan government will lie about that in order to convince the world the "birthers" are indeed kooks wearing tin foil hats.
Any thoughts on this summary of the situation?

There are Book number and Page number cross references to the Birth Register of the province. If they check out, the document is valid or someone on the the inside of the Kenyan government was in on perpetrating the fraud (which seems rather unlikely to me).

... the origin of information is no problem.
    --Stultis
The origin of information is the problem.
The origin of faithful and persistent replicators is the problem.
    --Stultis
"faithful and persistent" replication requires complex, highly specified information.
Once you have such replicators, you will automatically, unavoidably have information.
    --Stultis
You have it backwards. Once you have the information required, "faithful and persistent" replication is possible.
