My mom had 2 strokes in the past 3 days. Went to ER today. They did basic tests. She is 90 yrs old. She is home now. Her name is Elizabeth. Please say a prayer for her...and thank you.

Please pray for my 85 year old uncle. He's recently had several strokes, is in the hospital and doesn't appear to be getting better. He is a good conservative Christian and a very sweet old guy. His wife and son died years ago and though he's faced much sadness, we never heard him complain. His name is Robert. If this is his time to 'go', please pray for a peaceful end. Thank you.

A Dickson Elementary School first-grade teacher was given early leave when a gun was allegedly found in her car Wednesday. An unidentified employee notified School Recourse Officer Cherie Wilson that Pam Anderson had a gun in her car. Wilson said she asked the teacher about it and Anderson allegedly admitted having the gun. Wilson took the gun, which reportedly was unloaded. Sources close to the case said Anderson, who taught only a year in the Dickson County school system at Dickson Elementary, was suspended without pay and was not rehired for next year.
