The Afghan president has ordered US special forces to leave Wardak province within two weeks. The decision was being taken due to allegations of disappearances and torture by Afghans considered to be part of US special forces, said a spokesman for Hamid Karzai. A high school principal was arrested Thursday after police allegedly found him naked in a house, covered with a dog's blood. The Washington County Prosecutor's Office said 43-year-old Christopher Webb was arrested Thursday morning, charged with aggravated assault on a family member, domestic battery, interfering with emergency communication, endangering the welfare of a minor, resisting arrest and aggravated cruelty to a dog. An award-winning senior health scientist has been arrested over allegations of bestiality and child molestation involving a six-year-old boy, according to police. A New Hope math teacher pleaded not guilty to the sexual battery of a 17-year-old student Tuesday after she was indicted by a grand jury. John Evander Couey, convicted child rapist and murderer has died, depriving Florida and the family of Jessica Lunsford of seeing Couey's death sentence carried out. Mark Lunsford, the victim's father once said of Couey, that he wouldn't mind if Couey died at the hands of another inmate, saying “I would be buying a lot of cigarettes for someone.” Looks like Mr. Lunsford won't have to buy those cigarettes after all.
