As an American, I believe they have every right to build the mosque - after all, if they buy the land and they follow the law - who can stop them? On his weekly Kansas City Morning News Sunday Edition on KMBZ Newsradio 980, Mike Shanin absolutely went off on how the media and portions of the public were reacting to the Iraq situation. He basically said that he was distressed that the public had lost its ability to see a tough job through to it's conclusion, and how cutting and running would be the worst possible thing we could do in Iraq. Can someone else who watched the Broncos Huddle TV show with coach Shanahan confirm what I thought I heard...as Tony Zarella (sp?) announced that they had to cut the show short to go to Gore's speech, I'm sure I heard a chorus of boos from the sports bar where the show originates.
