The Republicans dodged a bullet. The sniper is not a white guy who ran security for Pat Robertson. The left was hoping-against-hope it would be and that this would help them keep their Senate majority. For Coloradans interested in helping, the Republican party is paying $200 to volunteers who walk precincts during the last 96 hours before the election. There will be a massive get-out-the-vote effort. So all you unemployed telecom engineers :) can have some fun and do some good and make a little money on the side!
