Media outlets preparing to cover the George Zimmerman murder trial have agreed to not film or photograph jurors’ faces during the case, according to a court document filed Thursday. In response, Seminole Circuit Judge Debra Nelson canceled a Friday hearing scheduled to discuss the issue. A suspicious white powder mailed to U.S. Rep. Allen West turned out to be a hoax, ending a three-hour scare on Friday that drew a swarm of local and federal investigators to his campaign office in Boca Raton. Hazardous materials handlers in blue suits tested the powder around 4:30 p.m. in the parking lot outside his office at 2108 N. Federal Highway.
