Ok, I have a question to all here in the forum. What is the big deal with the news coverage of the disappearance of Laci Peterson. I don't mean to come across as callous or unfeeling. Because I do feel for the family and such. And I fear that she is long dead. However, here's my point. What is it that makes this case so important that it literally dominates the news. I can't go 30 minutes on Fox without a freeking update on Laci. Sheesh enough already. Is it that news is slow and this is the best they...

All right, we all know that the opposing party makes a response to the SOTU speech. Has anyone considered who of the Democrats are going to respond to President Bush's SOTU speech? If there is already a chosen one, fine. I haven't heard of one. If not, any guesses as to who it will be? Any suggestions for the Democrats? Any suggested topics for the Dem's to rail on?

WASHINGTON – Former President Jimmy Carter owes an explanation to the American people for his behavior during the Cold War, says the author of a new book. "Reagan’s War” reveals new information that Carter, as president and later as a private citizen, sought the help of an avowed foreign enemy of this country to undermine Reagan’s candidacy in 1980 and, even more shocking, to cripple President Reagan’s foreign policy in 1984. The former Democrat president, who had been ousted by the voters four years earlier, wanted the Soviets to help him put a Democrat back in the White House. Speaking...

If we could cast back in time, what would have happened if W had run against Clinton in 1996? I've been thinking about it now and I have to believe that Bush would have beaten Clinton in that election.

We have among us many especially in the educated elite and educators that have no qualms of advocating the overthrow of the U.S. government and revoking of the Constitution. This has become particularly evident among some Islamic educators in our colleges and dispersed about our communities as religious leaders, mullah's if you will. These same people may or may not be naturalized citizens. I have done a bit of research to see what the oath of allegience says in a citizenship induction service. It is most interesting when one considers the allegience that is demanded by Islam from its adherents. ...
  • China Manufacturing US Flags w/Slave Labor?

I have a question for any out there on the subject of China producing US flags. I have been told that the flags China was producing for the US was being made with slave labor or something close to it. Can anyone verify this? The argument thrown at me to support the contention that the US deserved the Sept. 11th attack because of our exploitation of cheap labor markets overseas.
  • Movie - The Contender

I just finished watching a movie "The Contender" with Jeff Bridges, Gary Oldham and Christian Slater. I don't know how many of ya'll have seen this movie, but it's nothing more than a Democratic propaganda movie. A Democrat potus is tasked with replacing a vpotus and nominates a woman. In the course of the story line all the liberal agenda is cast in the most favorable light. Republicans are cast in the worse light. Felt like after watching it that I needed to take a bath.
