The major news will pick and prune this till it goes down like honey with the naive.
But... but, Lani Guinier said that ABCBSNBCNN were derelict in not being there to broadcast their gabfest. But, you are more correct, in that any coverage they do get will be filtered and fawning.

Heh, How about Rev. Forbes? He just informed me that I feel a deep sense of guilt over the past, and that I will feel sooooo much better after reparations have been paid.
He's not too far off, if referring to liberals and liberal guilt.

Family Guy's wife is the most attractive anibabe among the primetime animated series.
I like the idea, above, of Comedy Central picking it up. Then I could watch it on DirectTV (w/out major networks). In the same vein, I find it incredible that the FX channel shows loads of Fox programs like X-Files, The Practice, Married with Children, etc... but NO Simpsons! What's that all about?

What do you all think of Enron's prospects for any sort of recovery. I've been thinking of buying a few hundred shares -- call it a lark -- while it's in the 60-80 cent range.
AND... what happened to FR's Self-Search function? I didn't pay attention for a few days, and suddenly, it's gone.

I know you're a big fan, from previous posts. I'm luke-warm toward Rush. Like some. Recently, I was watching the classic video segment on MTV or VH1. They had one of Rush (can't remember the song title) that was fantastic. It was made of live performace footage, cut together, apparently from concerts spanning a couple of years. Each member's appearance changed each time they were featured in a cut. The high energy music, interplay and video was very impressive.

Hah, wow, you really were subtle. Now, see, I keyed in on "Mr. Pitiful," thinking you were going after Xlinton again. I had never understood that lyric from the original.

Now, thems is lyrics! (I read your FReep mail, and didn't get that Mudboy feel from the lyrics. They seemed near original.) Funny stuff. You think Drudge will dredge up his Zeppelin, to get the real feel for your tune?

And, near misses: "Just this one time," I thought... I "needed" to cut toward myself, and sort of upward, because the other way wasn't working. Under a lot of user force, the knife cut away, and the blade came up and knicked my eyelid. Never again!

A normally deadly 100-foot wave will move the ship about one inch, according to [Freedom Ship marketing vice-president] Gooch. The ship's 1.7 million square feet will displace 2.75 million tons of water. In comparison, the largest ship currently floating, an oil tanker, displaces about 500,000 tons of water.
I'm no marine engineer, but this doesn't ring true. So, its displacement is about 5 times an oil tanker (and this doesn't seem so HUGE, after all the hype), and it would move "about one inch" from a "deadly 100-foot wave." I'm not buying it.
