Thank you for the birthday wishes! Just taking the day to relax on my last day of summer. I report to my new school for the welcome back meetings tomorrow morning!
Glad you are doing well still! Found out that you are not alone in falling off roofs/ladders in our family. The father in law had fallen off his roof cleaning windows several years ago and now, if he can't get it with the pressure washer, then it's not dirty!
Still have prayers coming your way from hubby, his family and I.
I got sprinkled on out in the West valley....Seems as though all the fun is in the east! But it sure cooled things off enough to make changing the oil in my car less bothersome!
Thank you so much for creating the prayer chain. I have told him about it and his MANY great FRiends. You guys must mean a lot to him as the only words he spoke to me over the phone was to tell the Canteen about his accident before handing the phone back to my Mom. Will try to keep everyone posted as I know anything.

I just wanted to let you guys know that SandRat is in the hospital. He fell off the roof changing out the pads in the swamp cooler and lost his footing and fell about 4-5 feet. Apparently he was unconscious for a while and when he woke up, he drove himself to the hospital. He has 8 broken ribs and a concussion. He is being transferred up to University Medical Center in Tucson for a Neurology evaluation. Will keep you guys posted since this is a specific request from Sandrat.
Seymour Hersh as far as I'm concerned, for positing such drivel merits only the “Carlos Mencia Award for Journalistic Stupidity - The Feared 'DE-TA-DEEEEE!'”

Psa 18:35 Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy right hand hath holden me up, and thy gentleness hath made me great.
Psa 18:2 The LORD [is] my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, [and] my high tower.
Thanks. I’ll send that on to my teacher and hopefully that is all we will need. She always starts off the day with having the kids sing a patriotic song and has recordings sung by kids. Thanks for your help.
Thank you. It was very interesting to see them present the colours this way. My seat was on the 50 yard line right behind the NAU players bench and once the ROTC came over to pack up, I commended them on a job well done.
