Update: I hear that the first issue below has been pulled from the table to avoid a fight. That does not mean that it cannot be brought up at the convention and there is also still the second important issue below that needs to be defeated! WARNING! Romney and Moderate Republicans want Control over who the national delegates are and what is in the Republican Party Platform and Rules! They want to take this power away from the states. This is an attempt to mold the Republican platform to his moderate values and also to force state delegates to be...

The U.S Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans has ruled that Texas CAN enforce a new law that cuts off Taxpayer Funding of Planned Parenthood, and abortion provider. This has been a roller coaster ride for Texas. Soon after Texas passed the new law last year, Planned Parenthood sued. President Obama also responded by threatening to terminate funding for women's health services in Texas in response to Texas refusing to fund Abortion Providers like Planned Parenthood as part of the Texas Women's Health Service Program.  A liberal activist judge ruled that Texas cannot enforce the new law....

Eugene Volokh has been doing extensive blogging on the Volokh Conspiracy Blog about Elane Photography v. Willock That is where I heard about this case of a Photographer being forced by the government to take pictures of an private event that violates the photographer's beliefs. This case is about a photographer in New Mexico who did not want to take pictures of a gay marriage wedding because it violated their beliefs. This gay couple could have went anywhere else but they decide to go to court to force this photographer to take their money and take pictures for them at...
  • Atheists Finishing Job of 9/11 Terrorists by Tearing Down Cross Left Standing in Ground Zero Rubble

Atheists want the Ground Zero Cross torn down from the 9/11 museum because they claim its mere existence gives them physical and mental anguish. The ACLJ (American Center for Law and Justice) is fighting to defend the cross in court. The Ground Zero Cross - two intersecting steal beams - is what remains from the terrorist attacks of 9/11. Now atheists want that torn down too. Sign & Share this ACLJ petition to defend the Cross against this absurd lawsuit: http://bit.ly/TOdESI
  • Obama Campaign AD Mistake - Bad Spelling/Grammar

I admit, I am not that great when it comes to spelling/grammar. I write a bunch of articles for free and post them up without spell checking sometimes. I make my fair share of mistakes. I DON'T GET PAID TO PROFESSIONALLY EDIT/PROOF READ FOR PRESIDENTIAL ADS THOUGH! I saw this ad online and I had to snap a copy of it. The person who designed this ad for the Obama Victory Fund 2012 does not know when to use "along" or "a long" FAIL

Last month, Jeff Sadighi and the Southeast Texas Tea Party organized a Health Care Town Hall. Little did they know that their Obamacare Forum would lead to national attention. This Texas Healthcare Forum made big waves after a local Papa John's owner, Ms. Judy Nichols, spoke at the forum and told the audience that Obamacare might force her to stop expanding, and even fire employees. This is all thanks to the fact that she will not be able to afford the increased expenses that Obamacare would force upon her business by having over 50 employees. The youtube video of this statement by Ms....

A hero guard was shot today as he stopped a gunman from entering the Family Research Council in Washington DC. The shooting is being investigated as an act of domestic terrorism. Family Research Council is a Christian, conservative based organization. Fox News reports that witnesses say the shooter was speaking out against the Family Research Council's Pro-Life, Pro-Family agenda as he tried to enter the building. A security Guard stopped the shooter to ask where he was going and that is when the security guard was shot. Thankfully, the guard fought back, even after being shot, and was able to...

7/25/2012 By David Bellow Over 35 vehicles belonging to U.S. Soldiers were stolen or vandalized this past week at the Army National Guard Armory on Westheimer Parkway in Houston, TX I encourage the local media to bring attention to this targeting of Texas Soldiers so that the thugs who are doing this will be brought to justice. Over the last 2 weeks, myself and hundreds of Houston area Texas Army National Guard Soldiers drove nearly 1000 miles one way in a military vehicle convoy to get to Dona Ana Camp in New Mexico (just north of El Paso, TX)....

Black Residents in Jasper, TX are stepping up and speaking out against CNN and the New York Times. The Former Police Chief, Rodney Pearson, was fired and the City Council members who hired him were recalled. Pearson is black. Pearson says he was fired because of his race even though he was fired because of, among other things, his low qualifications, low performance, and a criminal record. The liberal media gets contacted by Pearson's race baiting lawyer and next thing you know there are stories on CNN and the New York Times alleging that the white people in Jasper are...

If the Chronicle is Endorsing Dewhurst because Ted Cruz is too Conservative Republican then Cruz is the guy for me!   Editorial: Who should fill Hutchison's boots? Houston Chronicle Tuesday, May 15, 2012 http://www.chron.com/opinion/editorials/article/Who-should-fill-Hutchison-s-boots-3560958.php There's a torrid race in the Texas Republican primary to replace a Washingtonmonument. U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, the first woman to represent the state of Texasin the Senate, is retiring after three-plus terms of service in the world's most exclusive club. Given a magic wand, we'd order up a replacement who would blend the skills ofHutchison with those of Lloyd Bentsen - with just...

Former State Rep Mike "Tuffy" Hamilton Backdoor Deal with Hardin County Judge? (It was correctly pointed out to me that Mike Hamilton is not technically a former State Rep yet until after the November election when it becomes official so I wanted to make sure I let everyone know that my original article that said former state rep should really have said soon to be former state rep) Multiple independent sources have informed me that Bobby Franklin, the Precinct 4 Hardin County Commissioner serving over Lumberton, TX, is planning to step down soon so that former State Representative Mike "Tuffy" Hamilton can be given the...

I spent the last few days down on the Texas/Mexico Border. One of my brothers got married to a Hispanic woman down here so we all came down for the wedding. We had a great time down here and I got to talk to a bunch of new family members. Some of the small talk we had of course wandered into the topic of border violence and life on the border. I have written many articles about this topic because I am very worried about the situation down there. I always love hearing stories from people who actually live...

The Supreme Court has allowed Obamacare's individual mandate as a TAX President Obama LIED to America when he told us that Obamacare was not a tax in any way. He then turned around and argued to the United States Supreme Court that the individual mandate and penalty for not getting healthcare was a tax and therefore constitutional. ObamaTAX via Obamacare ...... this might be JUST the right Slap in the face that America Needs to wake up and VOTE OUT OBAMA    WAKE UP AMERICA! Earlier this year, the big race I was involved in was to help get black, super conservative, Republican State Rep James White re-elected after White was attacked by Speaker Joe Straus via redistricting. White ended up beating a Straus Chairman, Mike "Tuffy" Hamilton. Now my focus has shifted to the US Senate race. This race is very important. It is a runoff election between David Dewhurst and Ted Cruz. The Runoff Election Day is July 31st, 2012. Texas MUST elect Ted Cruz for US Senate July 31st! Let me first say that I do not hate David Dewhurst or think he is a liberal or a bad...

The United States Supreme Court struck down some parts of the Arizona Immigration Law, but the Supreme Court UPHELD a key provision (and very controversial part) of the AZ Immigration Law. According to the Washington Post, The Supreme Court has upheld the provision in the AZ law requiring police to check the status of someone they suspect is not in the United States legally. Anyone in AZ must now "Show Me Your Papers" when asked by AZ law enforcement. I believe that this ruling gives us a glimpse of how the Supreme Court will rule when they hear the Voter...

Will Texas Have to Change Its Campaign Spending Law? Will Tom Delay have his Conviction Overturned? According to the AP, the Supreme Court today has (again) ruled that corporations have the right to spend freely to advocate for or against candidates for state and local offices. The justices struck down a Montana law limiting corporate campaign spending, but this case will have a ripple effect on all other states. Texas is a state that does not allow corporations to spend money in Texas state and local election. In fact, former Speaker of the united States House of Representatives, Tom Delay,...

Everyone wanted to be first to post up the story about Eric Holder being held in contempt by the House Oversight Committee. I did too. I got my story up within seconds of the vote passing. See my Holder Contempt story here Mistakes happen in a rush. I make them all the time. Major news outlets should probably have better proof readers than me though (I don't have any). MSN posted the Holder Contempt Story on their front page. The problem is..... Who is Eric Holden? haha

House Oversight Committee Has Just Passed a Resolution Holding Attorney General Eric Holder in Contempt for not releasing fast and furious documents.   The Contempt Charge now goes to the entire House for a vote on holding Holder in Contempt before it is sent to prosecution. The committee even passed an amendment with many reasons why Obama's executive privilege is not valid The Committee hearing was very interesting. The Democrats, like Reps Towns and Rep Norton, tried to say that the Committee should give more time to Eric Holder because Holder is willing to work with the committee to release some documents....
