According to the mutually agreed upon "payplan" terms and conditions, we reserve the right to modify or increase the service fees upon sending you wrtten notification. Effective October 4, 2007, we will impose a transaction fee of $2.00 per draft under your Payplan for the second (2nd) one-third of your payment grace period.
