  • Please Don't Use Horse Deworming Drugs To Treat COVID-19, FDA Warns

It won't be long until farm & ranch stores have miles of people standing in endless lines trying to grab the last box
of ivermection. Ivermectin is a drug that usually does a pretty good job of killing off various types of nasty bugs. It works quite well. Imec is often mixed with other drugs to
help your animals keep tons of other types of vermin under control. If the animal has a good load of manure working in their gut, just wait a few minutes...you'll be seeing a few balls of fresh manure. The evidence will be wiggling around wondering where on earth they have landed. Its a pretty strong bug killer. If you feel it's your
life or death, I might try it. A really big “Might”. We have used it for years for horses & mules.

Are the people at the drive through injection sites paying as they go? Has anyone had to present their ‘Medicare Cards or other proof of insurance + ID ?

  • Joan Baez - The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down

Just as a thought, This song was written by Joan's sister, Mimi Farina. Farina was a wonderful song-writer. Perhaps Joan may have recorded as an honor to her sister. There is probably a good disc/songlist of her music out there. IMHO the greatest version ever made was done by Steve Young of Alabama. If you don't have your neck hairs risen by this version... give it a listen. There is an old story that Waylon, who covered many, many of Steve Young's...Supposedly, Waylon said in front of several witnesses that "If Steve Young gets any better, I'm gonna just have to kill him myself". Of course they were fast friends who shouted out all kinds of stupid stuff during jam sessions. Steve died in an accident several years ago. I hope his legendary music continues to catch un-heard years of the older generations yet to come. If you're a misplaced Okie, (like me) Check out the song, "My Oklahoma". His wife at the time, wrote that song.

If you want to keep butter in long term storage, there is an
Aussie brand called ‘Red Feather’. Its been well clarified and is canned in a round ten. I believe the shelf-life is around ten years or more. I’ve found it to be a really tasty treat for rolls & other dishes.

Try to find a copy of the book “Johnny Tremain”. The author is Esther Forbes if I’m remembering correctly. The book was granted many accolades in the publishing world, by educators, and by uncounted readers. The young man, JT is fictional, however, the history presented during the time of the beginning of the Revolutionary war is right on the nose.

JT was only around 11-13 years old when the story begins. The book is funny at times, and, sometimes shows very difficult situations for JT. Walt Disney made a film of JT. The book is much better. I was able to download the book on my Kindle, then over to the Ipad. I still make a point to re-read it on occasion... especially during times like the present. I find something new in the story every time I read it, and I’m getting way up in years,

Our 5th grade teacher in OK at the time, read a chapter per day during American History. I could barely stand waiting for the next chapter..

  • ‘Flatly Violates Due Process’ – Louisiana Attorney General Says Democrat Governor’s Mask Mandate ‘Likely Unconstitutional’

Governor Bullock bulled his way into the pile today, announcing an EO that
masks are MANDATED as of today. No end in sight. I think he’s trying to beg some support for his ongoing campaign of becoming our next Democrat senator.

He’s lowered his ambitions by just a wee bit. He was trying to run for President as well. He managed to make it to the debate stage a couple of times but got washed out very quickly.

I’m old enough to remember’Johnny Tremain’ by Ester Forbes.
In elementary schools of my day, 5th grade, (in OK), the teacher held a reading/ story-time every single day. The first book she shared was Johnny Tremain. I could barely sit still knowing there would be a new chapter awaiting after the recess.

Now, I keep JT on my ipad & continue to read it again during some down time. As an older adult, I was incredibly disappointed the day I checked the hard copy out of our county library, only to see that someone had crossed through every single page where it told of the old silversmith and how he read the Bible to his three apprentices every morning.

Other deeply relevant information of how the colony’s revolution against King George began....Again, many paragraphs had been crossed out. I didn’t really understand the reason why someone would take it upon themselves to self censor the book. Now, I understand completely.

If you can ever get ahold of a copy, you will likely immediately recall the names of many of our original founders. Yes, JT was a fictional character, but, the well told & historical facts are accurate. The book is wonderful, sometimes even pretty funny, and most suitable for any age group, adult to child.

I loved the study of American history as a child, and, still, as an adult now. I wish I had been able to keep those books. Unfortunately, we always had to return them to the school when finished. I have found several good books that would work well for home schooling in old antique places. Such a shame.

  • Biden Believes Virus Relief Checks Are Being Held Up Because Trump Wants To Physically Sign Them

I very much doubt that Mr. Biden has ever laid eyes on one of his own government check since the Direct Deposit method was enacted so many years ago. Perhaps he doesn’t truly understand how all the money ends up in his retirement check.
Someone needs to explain exactly how that happens...to him.

    Its ‘Magic’
