The Colorado Monorail has been the creator of the USAF Launch Ring for deep space launch from a moon ring and the technology could be owned by the state of colorado. Other solutions include the Megarail...a moving conveyor system for traffic but I implore you as a conservative person...the technology created by an electromagnetic monorail is too expensive to lose out on. Are Coloradons too short sited to realize the potential of a rail gun this size and complexity? We will own space and own the new guns that will rule the world. All owned by Colorado - vote for it as it will happen anyway - the lawmakers are too smart to let this pass without doing it - and do you think when I tell the chinese about it that they will not want it? or are they already trying to build it? This war for the ultimate rail gun is what physics has been about for the past hundred years...why the dissent? The money that it will cost to build the launch rings and the monorail are tiny in comparison to what we will gain. We can approach the speed of light in a vaccuum without becoming energy - look what they said about the sound barrier.
