    I noticed a suspicious charge on my credit card. I was thinking about cancelling my card just because I have used it in so many places. I checked with the Phone Center that handles 'Lost/Stolen' cards for my account (my bank). They verified that 'WebLearn' is a fraudulent charge. It is no big deal for me as I thought about cancelling my card when I made the call, but the 'WebLearn' made sure I cancelled the Visa Card immediately.
