A woman came to the rescue of a Baton Rouge Police officer who was attacked by a 28-year-old man he was trying to handcuff following a traffic stop Sunday morning (Feb. 19), police said. Vickie Williams-Tillman, 56, leapt on the man's back and helped prevent him from continuing to hit the officer with his own baton, the Baton Rouge Police Department said in a Facebook post thanking her for her efforts.
