Following Sunday’s attack by Antifa domestic terrorists on an Atlanta-area police training facility, arrests are being made. Law enforcement is turning again to the Southern Poverty Law Center, but this time for a different reason. One of the Antifa members arrested is Tom Jurgens, a staff attorney for...

Critics of domestic terrorism laws, including some civil rights groups, oppose them “because of the risk of politicization, because they can be used against politically disfavored groups by the government,” Patrick Keenan, a professor of law at the University of Illinois, said. A 2017 Georgia law defines domestic terrorism as a felony intended to kill or harm people; “disable or destroy critical infrastructure, a state or government facility, or a public transportation system"; “intimidate the civil population or any of its political subdivisions”; and change or coerce state policy or affect the conduct of government “by use of destructive devices,...

Barricades are going up right now in Times Square. *snip* “Antifa is not a bunch of hooligans. These are not idle kids who appear out...

Julio had this story first. A left-wing agitator encamped near Atlanta’s future training facility for law enforcement, dubbed "cop city," was killed this week as police executed a raid. The forested location is the new ground zero for leftists hoping to impede the construction of the new building. The city is looking to complete the center later this year. Left-wingers have flocked to the area, setting up barricades and occupying the location in a situation reminiscent of the CHAZ zone in Seattle during the 2020 election.
