Rodney King Arrested In Pasadena, Calif. (CBS) LOS ANGELES Rodney King, whose videotaped beating by LAPD officers sparked the 1992 Los Angeles riots, was arrested in Pasadena, Calif. King, 41, was allegedly involved in a disturbance at a Pasadena clothing store on Tuesday at 6 p.m. Police officers were called to the scene and found two outstanding misdemeanor warrants for King.
