    Kampala: THE Ugandan Cabinet has endorsed the US-led coalition to disarm Iraq by force, reports Alfred Wasike. The Cabinet meeting, chaired by President Yoweri Museveni, also said it was ready to bolster the war effort if necessary. Uganda endorsed the decision after the US President, George W.
