"""CBS, ABC & NBC–All Regulated By The FCC–Are NOT Giving Equal Time To Trump’s Defense Team As They Did To The Dem Prosecutors Last Week """ BLACKOUT: CBS, ABC & NBC–all regulated by the FCC–are NOT giving equal time to covering lawyers arguing in defense of Trump in front of Senate now, as they did last week when they covered Schiff & Dem prosecutors arguing for Trump’s removal in wall-to-wall preemptive coverage. And it seems that this “witch hunt” is no more interesting for the American citizens too. At least for Trump’s supporters. The Associated Press reported Monday that Americans...

A CNN analyst claimed on Thursday that "crossfire of reckless escalation" resulted in Iran firing a missile at an airplane, leading to the death of 176 people. The Ukrainian passenger plane that crashed shortly after taking off from Tehran’s international airport Wednesday was shot down by mistake by an Iranian anti-aircraft missile, Pentagon officials told Fox News. Officials said U.S. intelligence increasingly points at the airliner being accidentally struck by a Russian-made missile, killing all those on board the flight, just hours after Iran fired more than a dozen ballistic missiles targeting two military bases housing American and coalition troops.

A US State Department spokeswoman Morgan Ortagus completely shutdown a far-left CNN International anchor with three facts that left the CNN anchor speechless. The cocky CNN anchor, Becky Anderson, was either completely ignorant of what she was reporting on or flat out lying. However, this is CNN who also on Tuesday evening lied about the President’s activity after the missile attack so both could be true. [transcript at link] -snip-

CNN International anchor Christiane Amanpour spoke with Iranian vice president for women and global affairs Massoumeh Ebtekar on Tuesday but failed to mention Ebtekar played a key role in the 1979 Iran hostage crisis. Amanpour began by asking Ebtekar if Iran would “respond” to American calls for de-escalation, and critics didn't appreciate her lengthy answer. “Ebtekar took that question and offered a long-winded answer that gushed over CNN showing ‘millions who are marching in support and in commemoration of...the Commander of the Hearts’ against the Americans having ‘taken a terrorist action’ in ‘assassinat[ing]’ Soleimani,” NewsBusters managing editor Curtis Houck wrote....

MSNBC gave airtime to baseless Iranian propaganda alleging the Islamic Republic had killed 30 American military members in missile attacks Tuesday night. . . MSNBC host Chris Matthews brought in NBC News Tehran bureau chief Ali Arouzi, who repeated the Iranian claims to MSNBC’s national audience. .. MSNBC did not immediately return a request for comment on the decision to air the Iranian propaganda claim.

There are no more adults in the room. After three harrowing years, we’ve reached the point many of us feared from the moment Donald Trump was elected. His decision to kill Maj. Gen. Qassim Suleimani, Iran’s second most important official, made at Mar-a-Lago with little discernible deliberation, has brought the United States to the brink of a devastating new conflict in the Middle East. We don’t yet know how Iran will retaliate, or whether all-out war will be averted. But already, NATO has suspended its mission training Iraqi forces to fight ISIS. Iraq’s Parliament has voted to expel American troops...

Demonstrating that it learned nothing from the backlash after it called ISIS top dog Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi an “austere religious scholar,” the Washington Post called Qasem Soleimani, who was killed today in a U.S. airstrike in Baghdad, Iran’s “most revered military leader.” If Soleimani, who as head of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps' Quds Force was responsible for aiding numerous jihad terror activities worldwide, was revered at all, it was more by the Obama foreign policy team that saw him and his government as a valid partner for negotiations than by anyone in Iran. And tonight, the Obama team...

The New York Times caught flack after the publication labeled Iranian-controlled militias, which attacked the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, as "mourners." "Hundreds of Iraqi mourners tried to storm the United States Embassy in Baghdad, shouting 'Down, down USA!,' in response to deadly American airstrikes this week that killed 25 fighters," the paper said in a Tuesday tweet. The tweet met with swift condemnation from those saying they were parroting Iranian propaganda. Protesters shouted, "Death to America," as they broke into the embassy compound. Your “mourners” must be upset about a video. But these attackers are Hezbollah supporters. Hezbollah is a...

What in the hell is a “bias crime”? – Believe it or not, the New York Times just got a little worse than it already was in terms of the debasement of the English language. In its fake reporting on the latest in a recent string of despicable anti-Semitic attacks on New York City’s Jewish population, the Times manages to publish 500 words without ever even mentioning that the assailant, who stabbed 5 people in the home of a Hasidic rabbi with a machete, was reportedly not a white man. But that’s not the bad part – it’s just standard...

GOLDEN VALLEY, Ariz. — Great American Pizza & Subs, on a highway about 100 miles southeast of Las Vegas, was busier and Trumpier than usual. On any given day it serves “M.A.G.A. Subs” and “Liberty Bell Lasagna.” The “Second Amendment” pizza comes “loaded” with pepperoni and sausage. The dining room is covered in regalia praising President Trump.

WASHINGTON (AP) — In 2008, the Newseum — a private museum dedicated to exploring modern history as told through the eyes of journalists — opened on prime Washington real estate. Sitting almost equidistant between the White House and the Capitol on Pennsylvania Avenue, the glass-walled building became instantly recognizable for its multi-story exterior rendition of the First Amendment. Eleven years later that experiment is coming to an end. After years of financial difficulties, the Newseum will close its doors Tuesday. “We’re proud of how we did our storytelling,” said Sonya Gavankar, the outgoing director of public relations. “We changed the...

That there are scoundrels in government will come as no surprise to anyone. All governments. Always have been and always will be, despite our best efforts to remove them. They are like cockroaches, the ultimate survivors. Scoundrels, like a virus, hijack the nominal purpose of government and use it to their own ends, entrenching their positions, lining their pockets, and growing their power. All societies have sought to eradicate scoundrels in government through various measures, a hopeless but necessary effort. These measures work to some extent, but the end result is just to select for sneakier and craftier scoundrels in...

The federal prosecutor investigating the origins of the Russia inquiry is examining testimony by the former C.I.A. director John Brennan and seeking his communications records. The federal prosecutor scrutinizing the Russia investigation has begun examining the role of the former C.I.A. director John O. Brennan in how the intelligence community assessed Russia’s 2016 election interference, according to three people briefed on the inquiry. John H. Durham, the United States attorney leading the investigation, has requested Mr. Brennan’s emails, call logs and other documents from the C.I.A., according to a person briefed on his inquiry. He wants to learn what Mr....

The New York Times issued a correction on Monday night after being slammed for suggesting that liberal host-turned-congressional hopeful Cenk Uygur had previously defended former Klu Klux Klan leader David Duke. The Times ran a report on Friday about how Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., had retracted his endorsement for Uygur after he faced backlash for supporting the congressional candidate. Uygur has had a history of controversial remarks, many of which were included in the report. The report also mentioned an interview Uygur had done on his progressive digital outlet The Young Turks with Duke and pointed to a clip that...

NEW YORK (AP) — It’s been true for some time that Republicans are generally more hostile to the news media than Democrats, but a study released Thursday found that’s much more the case for supporters of President Donald Trump. The Pew Research Center study looks at viewpoints on the ethical standards of journalists and whether they act in the best interests of the public.

The Washington Post is taking heat over a column urging journalists to "reach the undecided" in the country who have yet to be swayed on the topic of impeachment.

Impeachment Shows the Limit of Media Power Live by the lie, die by the lie. Fri Nov 29, 2019 Daniel Greenfield 108 Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center, is an investigative journalist and writer focusing on the radical Left and Islamic terrorism. After the media went all out to televise the impeachment committee hearings, a majority of independent voters switched from supporting impeachment to opposing impeachment. In October, 48% of independents supported impeachment while 39% opposed it. Now 49% of independents oppose impeachment while only 39% still support it. The neat, almost perfect reversal, can be...

Media watchdog NewsBusters breaks it down for us. In a study released this week, NewsBusters reports that major networks gave dozens of hours of coverage to the impeachment hearings against President Trump, but in 1998 they gave a fraction of that amount of coverage to Ken Starr's impeachment presentation against President Clinton: Broadcast networks NBC, CBS, and ABC have donated 75 hours of free air time to Democrats’ impeachment hearings, despite notably poor (and consistently shrinking) ratings. Yet during President Clinton’s impeachment, these same networks could not be bothered to carry more than a few hours of independent counsel Ken...
