On Nov. 5, supporters of Ron Paul raked in more than $4.2 million in donations in 24 hours, mostly of them collected over the Internet.
Today, they're at it again. Hoping to detonate what they call a "money bomb," the supporters started fundraising at midnight Saturday and have already raised $2 million as of about 10:30 a.m. today, more than at this point on Nov. 5, according to figures they posted online. They hope to collect a total of $10 million by midnight Sunday.
Last time, they tied their fundraising to Guy Fawkes Day, which commemorates a British mercenary who tried unsuccesfully to kill King James I on Nov. 5, 1605. This time, they're seizing on the 234th aniversary of the Boston Tea Party and converging on this snowy city to rally.
They plan on gathering on the State House steps at 1 p.m. and parading down to Faneuil Hall, where they will listen to speeches in tune with Paul's libertarian platform. Speakers will include the Republican presidential candidate's son, Dr. Rand Paul, an eye surgeon, and Carla Howell, the libertarian who ran unsuccesfully for governor in 2002.
There are also plans to dump some tea (or at least some boxes labeled tea) into the Harbor, though the details were still sketchy as of this morning.

I agree with that. Meanwhile, Ron Paul continues to benefit from her desperate 3-party strategy, is my point.
YAWN!! A fool and his money are soon parted
What an eye opener. We really give away too much money with little if nothing in return.
So you think hillary would run turd party if she didn’t get the nomination? As a sitting Dem Senator?
Not good at posting images as well. Need a refresher course.
Thank you for the link. Great picture.
***they must consider and evaluate all points of view. In this way, they themselves can decide what opinions to adopt, what to dismiss and ultimately how to create a world view as individual as they are.***
Very good advice.
No, I don't think that. I think you misunderstand. SHE doesn't know yet that she's going to lose the nomination, so she's diligently covering the necessary bases, one of which is to make sure there is a 3rd party on the right, just in case she DOES get the nom. Meanwhile, any 3rd party she can egg Ron Paul into will help whoever DOES get the dem nom to get elected in the gen. Yes, I am speculating. So are we all, when it comes to anything beyond today.
You don’t live in Texas, so piss off.
Tax Hike Mike made a non political commercial. Hmmmmmm....I remember another candidate that's already done that. Can you guess which one will be shown on Fox more than once? He'lll probably even be praised for it. Course Dr. Paul's supporters aren't trying to have a 'money bomb' on Christmas Day either.
Not being bias here, but Mike is acting in his Christmas video, RP’s was really heart felt.
The Huck staff is taking notes from the RP supporters and using them as their own. Its time for the RP staff to really step up to the plate and get his message out.
The young lady that painted that has released it into ‘public domain’, so feel free to share with as many as you wish.
That picture isn’t representative of the Paul supporters as a whole.
Think of the apple pie as Dr. Paul's message, which is attracting everyone from all backgrounds and beliefs. Yes, there are nutjobs who support Paul, but is Paul actively courting them?
If Paul told them not to support him, he'd be going against everything he has espoused over the last 30 years.
The BushBots will never get the fact that this isn’t at all about Ron Paul winning the election. I suspect a win for him would consist of getting his message across to the eventual GOP candidate along with having the passion of his supporters taken seriously. Some of us haven’t been taken seriously for about 8 years now - just taken for granted.
Oh a ron paulie girl telling ME to get MY facts straight?
ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!
Sure thing cupcake, just as soon as you p’tards start getting YOURS straight.
“Big difference. Dean’s support, while grassroots, was driven by the campaign. This is not”
Bullsh*t!
EVERYTHING is being carefully orchistrated by the village idiot’s own handlers.
“Republicans have created a lot of p#ssed off conservatives who finally have a candidate saying what we’ve been saying for at least 20 years.”
More bullsh*t.
IF and that’s a huge IF “conservatives” were as “pissed off” as you claim, then your little village idiot would be polling at 90% or better. The problem is is that a vast majority of the village idiot’s support are not “conservatives” because they are cross overs from the hillary camp who have ZERO intention of voting for that senile hick in the general election IF he gets nominated.
“So a candidate whose message is freedom and liberty you compare to one of the most statist governments of the 20th century.”
From a friend of mine:
“ron paul is a charlatan... a snake oil salesman with an American flag label on the “cure-all” bottles with “We the People” scrawled across them. Every time I see him speak, I’m waiting for Josey Wales to walk up to his podium and spit tobacco juice on his lapel.”
I’d show you where your heerow has lied to you and your fellow sheeple, but I would be wasting my time since your blinders prevent you from seeing the truth.
So keep on chugging that koolaid that your false idol has been giving you.
