Yes, I understand since 1986 on the net, but sincerely I do not hear voices yelling at me when I see the caps so it is more annoying to read people wearing their emotions on their sleeve in response to caps which might also be used to emphasize the portions of the verse they argue.

I don't "hear voices" yelling at me either. It's just poor etiquette, and very rude. We have other ways of emphasizing what we want to say. I'll admit that I have occasionally used an all caps word or two, but I don't make half my post all caps, like webber is doing. He needs to calm down. I imagine he may be a young Christian, although not necessarily. It is quite evident that he feels he is "defending the Word" against what he perceives as threats. Implicit in his posts is a emotional response, one that tends to short-circuit rational thinking. It is impossible to reason with someone in that state of mind.
