Prayers for my niece, April

My niece, April, is having labor induced today. She's had a very rough pregnancy and has been warned that she must not have another child. From sonograms we know it's a baby girl and my brother is there with his son. The baby's head is not quite where it should be positioned, so they may do a c-section. Please pray for her and the baby. I've never asked for prayer before, but April is so young and such a fine person. She'll be having a hysterectomy after this because the doctors are all advising her to do so.

After the birth of her daughter, suggest that April gets second opinions regarding the hysterectomy. Doctors are not “infallible.”

I thank you so much for your prayers. And you're right about getting more opinions. I don't know how many doctors she's talked to, but my brother told me this morning that if they had to do a c-section, they'd do the hysterectomy right then. Thank you, again and let's keep praying.

Thank you! This is going on today. A little girl is being born and the mother has had so many physical problems. Her husband and family are very loving and supportive, it's just that she's had health problems. But all the baby's vital signs look good.

I just talked to my brother at the hopital and he said that the baby wasn't still in the right position but that by this afternoon, the baby will be born and they're hoping not c-section.

I'm sorry to seem a little upset, but this is a child being born and to very good parents.

I just talked to my brother at the hospital and he said that her cervix hasn't dialated enough. They induced April two weeks early because her blood pressure was high and she had recently developed kidney problems, but the doctors are now saying that they will send Aprll home if she doesn't dialate more by 12:00 noon. My brother tells me that both April and the child are doing alright, and the doctors will send her home, rather than do a c-section.

Please friends, let us keep praying, and I will certainly keep you updated.
