Was he sitting there or playing possum? I would have thought he was dead until he abruptly throws something at the drone. Is there footage of the tank shell leveling the building?
Sinwar’s corpse should have been sewed into a pig’s carcass
and hung in a smoker to preserve it. Put it in display in Rafah.
NO way should that corpse be turned over to anyone in Gaza or Iran until the hostages are released.
I can only say from what I saw that he looked defeated. Once he saw that drone, he knew he’d been found and was done for. I have only seen the aftermath of the building’s demise,

Where are his generals or commanders?
Gotta hand it to the guy, sitting alone, his right arm chopped off mid forearm, not giving up and waiting for certain death and trying to take down an enemy drone with his last breath. He’s dead but he was committed to his cause, gonna be difficult to kill his zealots if they’re half as committed as this guy was. Good luck Israel.
