Benny Hinn’s Wife Files For Divorce for Second Time After Re-Marriage
Disntr ^ | July 31, 2024 | staff

Benny Hinn, the charlatan of the highest order, faces yet another scandal as his wife, Suzanne Hinn, has filed for divorce.

Known for bilking his followers for millions and teaching a false prosperity gospel—doctrines of demons—Hinn continues his greedy pursuit under the guise of spiritual leadership. Despite his numerous public “repentances,” Benny’s “ministry” has remained consistent with his exploitative nature.

This isn’t Suzanne’s first attempt to escape Benny’s grasp. In 2010, she filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences, revealing the turbulent nature of their marriage. Hinn’s “alleged” affair (I say alleged only for legal protection) with Paula White only intensified the public scrutiny. Although both denied the allegations, the damage was undeniable, exposing the cracks in Hinn’s facade.

Their reconciliation and “re-marriage” in 2013, marked by a grand vow renewal, seemed like a fresh start. Yet, Benny continued in his old ways, peddling his false teachings for financial gain. Now, Suzanne has filed for divorce again.

On July 26, 2024, the documents were filed in Tampa, overseen by Judge Thomas N. Palermo, with a case management conference set for October 7, 2024.

Here’s the filing: (on link)

It’s not surprising, being that these are not Christians who stand on the foundation of Christ. So that then begs the question: why did it take so long?

How many more scandals must Hinn’s followers endure before seeing the truth?

Benny Hinn’s false ministry, built on exploitation, remains a stain on the visible Church. His repentance would involve stepping down and submitting to a biblically sound church’s accountability if he were genuinely repentant. Instead, Hinn’s charlatanry persists, exploiting the desperate and gullible.

So what about his followers? Do they not recognize the pattern? His so-called repentance is a mere PR strategy to keep the “seed” flowing.

His life, marked by faux faith healings and manipulation tactics, should discredit his claims of transformation. Unfortunately, Hinn has been the perfect example of “the blind leading the blind”—and such false teachers are generally viewed as divine-like and can do no wrong in the eyes of their followers.

A far cry from the blameless Katherine Kuhlman from whom he claims his ministry.

My first thought as well. I had to think about it for a second.

My wife loved watching him on TBN. I went along with her to an event he put on, somewhere in Irvine, CA. Might have been in 2010 or so.

The line was long to get in, but he greeted and shook hands with everyone as we entered. He eyed me coldly, must have sensed I was on to him.

“……………..

The same number of scandals it takes for the liberals to see the cracks in Biden and/or Harris, etc.

Benny Hinn may get things wrong, but the tone of this article is just nasty.

That site is painfully judgmental, as seen on https://disntr.com/category/religion/ftotd/

It’s like they take absolute joy in pounding on people they find fault with. Sheesh.

The modern-day Pharisees are no different than those in Jesus’ day calling him a bastard, a drunkard, and demon possessed.

Same as it always was.

You compared Kathryn Kuhlman to Jesus Christ. IMO, you need do some serious research.

In John 20:23, Jesus is shown commissioning his disciples, telling them what they are to be doing: remitting sins. They did this by baptizing repentant souls in the name of Jesus Christ. Whoever doesn’t believe and obey that will still have their sins retained. That’s first and foremost.

About 3,000 converts had their sins remitted on the day of Pentecost.

In John 5, Jesus enters a scene full of sick people, yet only heals the man that had been impotent for 38 years. Proof of that is the fact that the Pharisees were mad at Jesus for healing one man on the Sabbath.

While there times he healed everyone in his presense, during his 3 year ministry there were only 3 people raised from the dead. Healing and resurrecting everybody while he was here would have made everyone place their hope in this life.

There were no misfires. No delays in his healing. One man was given partial eyesight to see if he would be satisfied with it, and to show God’s power to do a little or a lot.

His apostles didn’t heal every person. Paul had a health issue that God didn’t heal. God has reasons for his decisions.

The so-called faith healers have been shown to be frauds over and over.

Simon the sorcerer was believed to be the great power of God. In 2 Corinthians 11, Paul warns of Satan transformed into an angel of light, and his ministers into ministers of righteousness.

They are amazingly convincing, and will even preach Jesus. But it will be a different Jesus. They will not remit sins, as per the instructions Jesus Christ, which were first instituted in Acts 2:38.

Jesus who said to disciples that they would do greater works than he, healed everyone who came to him for healing and the Pharisees opposed him consistently. So too, the modern day Pharisees with Kathryn Kuhlman.

He does appear to hold a lot of heretical beliefs, and does appear to have profited from acting on these heresies.

The article is still very toxic, just unnecessarily nasty.

Even if his doctrinal issues were not heretical, he’s a charlatan with the fake healing.

I’m not surprised someone who is a charlatan would also preach false doctrine.
