A member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church tells what really happened in this video and why the Priest was in the right to do what he did!!
From the video:
"...secular news they said the police recommended that the father be charged with battery for biting this woman um I can tell you according to the police and I have friends in the police department uh no they think the church should actually Char uh they the woman should actually be charged for attempted robbery and I'll explain why..."
ALSO: "...he protected the Eucharist that's the duty of the priest and and she's seen pushing him so if anyone assaulted anyone it was her and in the State of Florida we have a stand your ground rule law so he's totally innocent you know any legality but I want to get to the moral issue here in a minute so..."
These are from the Transcripts of the show

“The Host is not property. This is considered the BODY OF CHRIST.
And since Christ is a PERSON and this is His BODY, Stand Your Ground laws apply.”
Florida law is secular.
“You can also make the argument of resident/dwelling as well.”
Nope.

Churches should do what your church does.
This woman, incidentally, is a gay activist and came in with her girlfriend. They had obviously planned in advance to do this. For one thing, the girlfriend was videoing the whole thing.
The priest didn’t know her and certainly didn’t know that she was gay or anything about her, but when she didn’t say amen when he said “Body of Christ” and didn’t hold out her hands or open her mouth, he asked if she was Catholic, if she had been to Communion recently, and then if she’d gone to Confession. She started to act weird and talked about the cookie, but then she went away and she and the girlfriend came back at the next mass, which was when she tried to grab the Host.
The priest had to bite her because he had no other means of defense….he had the ciborium in one hand and was trying to push her hand out of the ciborium with his other hand.
She’s the one who should have been charged with assault. And it was premeditated. They came intending to cause trouble and steal a Host.
That’s assault. Priest should’ve been arrested.
So it’s ok to go into a Church, shove the Priest or Eucharistic minister, and grab consecrated hosts at will? Can I go into your house, push my way to what I want, and leave any time I want? Where do you live? I need so more silverware.
Heretic.
You will burn in Hell for eternity.
Thanks for the details. Somehow I’m not surprised that the woman is of the LGBTQ+ persuasion, which I think has become a de facto religion with Christianity as its main enemy.
So now you deny that Christ is a person.
Quit now before you are struck down by the Lord.
Priest should have been given a medal.
The hosts are regarded as a body by the church, are they not?
:)
Not only a body, but the body of Christ.
I think she was.
"I need so more silverware."
If you need silverware, just ask...I'll gladly give it you.
Wow, look at that. I appear to be more giving and forgiving than the priest that assaulted the mentally ill woman.
She’s not mentally ill. She’s made a reasoned decision for her life style choice and she’s a missionary for her point of view. She’s looking forward to becoming a martyr, as the video will prove.
There’s nothing mentally ill about her actions. They’re just anti-social and meant to upset people who don’t share her world view and get her a lot of money on social media from people who DO share her world view or who are just curious. That’s not mentally ill. That’s scheming and coldly planning.
From her world view, everyone else is just wrong but if she can make money off their being wrong, then it’s a good day from her point of view.
If there’s any law that covers what she did, I hope that SOMEONE sues her or accuses her of a hate crime.
“The hosts are regarded as a body by the church, are they not?
:)”
What is “the church”?
“776.013 (a) and especially 776.031.”
What is your point?
I tend to go with the locals here at FR...lesbians are mentally ill.
