Keep up blood sugar? Keep it down, last thing you need is for your pancreas to be working overtime. Chicken soup w/o noodles or rice. Start taking a half a glass of unsweetened kefir and 3 tablespoons of sauerkraut everyday. Will pray for you.

Are certain foods bothering you? Like fatty foods? You might want to see a gastroenterologist to rule out gallbladder and c-diff. If you start running a fever I would recommend a trip to the ER to check for appendicitis. My husband had nausea and diarrhea for about a week, sharp pains and fever came at the acute stage.
