America Prayer Vigil - 1/11/24 [prayer]

Join with fellow FREEPERS to pray for AMERICA: For those in Authority in Government, Family, Military, Business, Agri-Business; End to Sex Slavery; Healthcare, Education, Churches, and the Media. This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. (1 John 5:14)

I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. ~ 1 Timothy 2:1-2

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 1 JOHN 5:14

Father, You are a perfect, holy and awesome God and we come before You humbled as we look at ourselves, yet boldly according to Your will and Word. That You have made us the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus requires a major renewing of our minds!

We see Jesus as he said, ““I’ve come to start a fire on this earth—how I wish it were blazing right now! I’ve come to change everything, turn everything rightside up—how I long for it to be finished! Do you think I came to smooth things over and make everything nice? Not so. I’ve come to disrupt and confront! (Luke 12:49 MSG) In our impatience, we wish Your fire were blazing now. We hear You say;, “I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. (Matt. 3:11) Holy Spirit, “show wonders in heaven above And signs in the earth beneath: Blood and fire and vapor of smoke.” (Acts 2:19) “I will pour out of My Spirit upon all mankind, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy [telling forth the divine counsels] and your young men shall see visions (divinely granted appearances), and your old men shall dream divinely suggested] dreams. Yes, and on My menservants also and on My maidservants in those days I will pour out of My Spirit, and they shall prophesy [telling forth the divine counsels and predicting future events pertaining especially to God’s kingdom].”

We know that what is holding back Your will for our UNITED States of America are powers and principalities that don’t want to see Your Kingdom come. Therefore, forgive us our impatience and receive our repentance by being at Your feet with thanksgiving that surely these things are coming to pass. Surely Your fire will burn up Your enemies and the works of darkness–even from the Church. Surely our children will be obedient to Your will. Surely those blinded by our enemy will have their eyes enlightened and will bow their knees to Jesus’ Lordship. Surely Your outpouring will include Your church laying hands on the sick so they can recover, casting out devils, praying Your will so it can come to pass, preaching the Gospel to open doors and making disciples of all nations. Surely we will see the salvation of the Lord in the land of the living and rejoice!

“Do you see what we’ve got? An unshakable kingdom! And do you see how thankful we must be? Not only thankful, but brimming with worship, deeply reverent before God. For God is not an indifferent bystander. He’s actively cleaning house, torching all that needs to burn, and he won’t quit until it’s all cleansed. God himself is Fire!” (Heb. 12:29 MSG)

Be the Champion of the salvation of President Trump and his family and staff and the J6 political prisoners.

You are awesome and we bless You in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Father God, we thank You for calling us to seek You, to love You, and to hunger for the Holy Spirit.

Lord, we pray for Your Fire. We pray that You would burn away all the dross, that You will make a home - here in our hearts, our homes, our communities and once again in this land.

Let us once again be One Nation Under God.

...God is not an indifferent bystander. He’s actively cleaning house, torching all that needs to burn, and he won’t quit until it’s all cleansed. God himself is Fire!

Amen! We are looking forward to that day. Oh Lord cleanse Israel, our nation and all the nations of the world!

Prayer To Purify My Heart Unto God

Purify my heart O Lord my God, for I love and trust You and desire to be set apart unto You, in holiness and righteousness all the days of my life. I desire to be holy for You are holy and You have called all Your children to be set apart unto You, and to be refined in the refining fires of Your purifying love and unimaginable grace, so that we may come forth as pure gold in Your sight.

Lord, it is my chief desire to be set apart unto You, “holy unto the Lord,” and ready to do Your will. Lord, I cannot do this in my own strength, but only in the power of the Holy Spirit, Who alone can take my bruised and bloodied heart and change me from the inside out to become more and more like Jesus. May I like Him, walk in spirit and truth and help me to seek to do only those things that are pleasing in Your sight and honouring to Your holy name. Guide me into all truth. Help me to lay aside all the encumbrances of this world that hinder my pursuit for purity. I ask this in the name of my precious Saviour, Jesus Christ my Lord,

Amen.
